@@noahark4670 everything is good with my refrigerator I'm happy with the buy but still the bottom drawer where the meat goes still feels like it drags when we pull it open nothing big but they could of made it easier to open over all it's a good refrigerator ...

@@frankgonzalez2726 my did the same thing. I looked real far in the back and realized there was still a small cushion and tape on the top of each side of the drawer. Was real hard to see because of the clear tape and white satire foam

@@dizzyperon8532 after a more than a year of use it got better now is very smooth I guess just needed to brake it in lol , but lI like my fridge will buy again ...

Exactly. Makes me skeptical about buying another Samsung. What's the point if your still buying bags of ice.

Same thing trying to figure this out myself

Take drawers out t small tabs on center piece push them in and hold the center part down while trying to push shelves up kind of hard to do all at once

Sad. We cant get a modern fridge that is worth a darn. Fix the fridge then add flashy features.

I was having repairman out every month until I called Samsung direct; they came out and fixed at no charge. No problems except for noise since.

Fast. It doesn’t take more than a few minutes

It fills up fast but leaks water as you pour over into a glass. 🤦🏻‍♂️

@@louiswhetsell1144 yeah, on one hand I did call Samsung and they hired a contractor to come out to "repair" the ice maker but all they did was replace the auger motor. I expect it to ice up and freeze solid again in a few mo months.

Any update on your refrigerator?

@@moochachachos1002 After the repair so far it hasn't iced up. Not sure if it's related but the bucket does pop out of place now. But that's an easy fix to push it back in if the ice isn't coming out correctly.

I’m renting and using a dirt low model white fridge that was here before I moved in 9 years ago and the thing still works great. These newer fancy looking refrigerators break down which is a shame.

I bought this fridge going on two years ago. If I would have realized the ice maker was inside of the refrigerator I wouldn’t have bought it. It has been a nightmare since. 4 months after purchase the ice maker started freezing up and wouldn’t make ice. I kept cleaning it out for over a month before I finally called Samsung. They sent a serviceman out. He replaced the motherboard on the back of the fridge along with a whole new ice maker guts and all. It worked perfectly after that, but the ice maker cube holder is so small that you can only fill up one cup maybe two before you have to wait hours for more ice to make. So very frustrating for a fridge that was fairly expensive. A new problem occurred the other day. The control panel doesn’t show temp or any other panel lights. Can’t figure it out and now it is out of warranty. Not even two years old. I WILL NEVER BUY SAMSUNG AGAIN!!!!! A side note….My father just replaced his Kenmore refrigerator after 20 years with no problems. Also, I will never buy a refrigerator again where the ice maker sits inside of the refrigerator itself!!! Logically it doesn’t make any sense.
