I’ve learned medical has become such a cash grab. And I work in it! They’ll do “consults” now as your first appointment, and then make you come back to do any testing. Anything to make extra money I feel. My allergist did the same thing to me so I feel you. Hopefully the next appointment they treat you better! Also love your fall decor, looks so cozy ❤

This is not a cash grab this is procedure and protocol for majority of medical offices. I work in oncology/hematology, we need to get basic medical history, family history, and your provider referral information before we can move forward with testing so we know we're not charging and testing for unnecessary things.

Hey Mel! I loved this vid. I noticed when you have your period you drink caffeine and cold drinks still. I noticed for myself that when I cut out all caffeine during my period I would doge my cramps so much better. The caffeine apparently decreases the blood flow to your you know and makes the cramps worse. Thought I would share cuz it's been a life saver for me and my cramps suck ass

I don’t comment much but I had to come to the comment section to say thank you so much for filming the appointment. I have horrible anxiety in general (medicated) but the doctor sends me into a straight panic. It really helps to just like see it, I don’t know why.

So for the foam to make it nondairy just tell them to add oatmilk in the blender and pumpkin sauce and foam it that’s what I do ima barista and I’m dairy sensitive so I can’t have to much of the foam so I sub oat milk for it

I have always loved the smell of men’s deodorant as well. You should try Dr. Tusk deodorants they are that gel consistency, they are non toxic and the scents are giving that smell you get from an old spice. I get this brand at Whole Foods.
