@@SelenaTrevino it’s hard to retrain yourself after following social pressures all your life. I am working on the same thing. Taking nutrition classes have helped me better understand what fueling your body really looks like. I’m sure when you talked with your nutritionist she also gave you good advice. So I wish you all the luck on your journey of improvement! 🥰

Something that I like to do whenever I'm feeling stressed or anxious is mediating. I quit my job earlier this month. I had an orientation on Tuesday. I'm currently waiting to hear when my start date is going to be. But in this time I'm trying to relax and just make myself feel better mentally and physically. I live on my own now so I'm really trying to do things that are good for me so I don't get burned out so quickly.

Would you ever consider making bone broth ? It’s something I’ve been seeing a lot or my social media algorithm has change and it’s showing me a lot more of those types of videos. I loved you video with your diy immunity shots, I’ve been considering making some at home but o just haven’t bought the little jars. I think it’s easy to buy the bone broth at the store but it’s also something you can make at home to save money. Laura Prepon have a video out and I’m definitely going to incorporate it into my self care routine to add more natural collagen into my diet to keep healthy and young ❤
