As a health coach, he's been coaching for several years and was featured on Time Warner's Get Fit. He's helped hundreds of individuals not only burn fat and build muscle, but also create a healthy active lifestyle so that people no longer have to yo-yo.
He's recognized for his zen style leadership. Combine that with his passionate vision of guiding others to become their best selves, gives him an authority when it comes to personal transformation. Whether it be through dance or fitness classes, he coaches individuals to gain the confidence they seek and get they results they never thought was possible.

Another satisfying choreo is EXO-CBX blooming days (dancepractice) they are a sub unit of EXO :) also, EXO's Love Shot, the one with Kai's solo, gayeodaejun, everyone calls it legendary, and Kai is even known as the idol of idols and titled as the Best Male Dancer for years now :)

Sehun and Kai are the main dancers for Exo (Lay as well but he’s not promoting currently) but Kai is the one you called a beast. He is considered one of the best dancers in the industry, he is classically trained and has a diverse knowledge of different styles. He’s just incredibly satisfying to watch. Sehun was the one in brown. He is a phenomenal dancer but I believe he had the flu during the dance practice filming which is probably why he was slightly off. I really enjoy your analysis videos, it brings a lot of stuff to light that I never noticed before!

I really apprecite your criticism and your reaction in general!! Sehun (the guy with the different color) was very distracted in that dance practice, i think is because he was learning the choreograpy at that time and he didn't know the formations well. Keep making this reactions, I recommend for the next one "Blooming Day" by EXO CBX

that "beast" is Kai, and he's one of the best dancers in the industry. Other songs where his performance would probably make your jaw drop is on Tempo (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Q-VX60sGRjo.html) and Love Shot... his strength, control and stage presence is just amazing! Another group to check out is NCT. Right now they released Make a Wish (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-UyHGUb4cTbQ.html) with interesting choreography.

The one who wear diff colored shirt was actually sick that time that's why he's missing some part. He is actually one of the main dancers of EXO. The one you said was really good, the center in the first part is KAI one of the main dancers as well. Please check out his solo performance I SEE YOU.

Kai cried during elyxion concert after doing his solo performance because he made a mistake while executing it. But honestly, we didn't notice anything wrong or off while watching the whole performance. He started crying his heart out because of that small mistake.

EXO CBX - Blooming Day is something id love to see you analyze! its a subunit of EXO so it only has three members but they do an amazing job of keeping up with the dancers and giving a really great performance. Also if youre looking for another group to react/analyze - Ateez Black Cat/Nero is STUNNING and SF9 Now or Never choreo is sOOOO SICK!

That guy in the center is named Kim Jongin known as “Kai” - is one of the best dancer in kpop industry. Yes he’s called as “idols of idol” because of his talent. I hope you could react to his dancing in the future too. He got the sharpest move and also can be fluid too.

Love it. Such honest review. Everyone mentioned sehun's situation and about kai here already so I won't talk about it anymore. I love how you pointed out about chanyeol's height and how he dance as if they all have the same height. He's the tallest one among all of them. Thank you for reacting to this. Thank you for this in-depth reaction! Love hearing the perspective of vocalists and dancers when they watch Kpop groups. You should definitely react to 'Tiger Inside' practice by SuperM, a group that features some of the best dancers in Kpop. All the members are from different groups under SM Entertainment: 2 are from EXO (one is Kai, the dancer you pointed out in this video as a 'beast') and the others from Shinee and NCT. Because they are such talented dancers, they can pull off some of the most difficult choreo in Kpop. The guy who was in the centre at the beginning, with the sharp moves, his name is Kai. I always love your analysis!! Like many others said Sehun, the one brown, was sick that day but there's also something to notice. EXO's concept is that they're aliens from EXO PLANET with different powers and they always incorporate their powers in the choreo. Sehun's power is wind so in some parts where you see him doing a movement earlier is also bc he's using his power to make the others follow. You can also see that when Kyungsoo, at the start, pulls the members down that's bc his power is force.

I love this new format of reactions, and I'm glad you noticed the small mistakes too! I agree they probably discussed this and get frustrated. Ah, the life of a performer ^^; I'd love to see more of these, and of EXO too! Though I do highly recommend some SuperM! SuperM consists of members from EXO, NCT, and SHINee's Taemin. All great performers! I recommend SuperM's performances for Tiger Inside and 100 :)

Kim Kai is a testament as to why being CENTER in a kpop idol group is a legitimate position. There's the leader, the main vocal, the main dancer, main rapper and then there's CENTER. And Kai is both the main dancer and the center. Him and Taeyong of NCT they're just natural born centers. So good. Thanks for this video. It's nice seeing things from a perspective beyond that of just a fan.

The guy you called a 'beast' is Kai, The main dancer of Exo. Considered by S. Korean choreographers as the best male dancer of kpop. He also is a strong visual who dances fully immersed. He can dance any genre well and he has been dancing since he was young even before he auditioned for SM at the age of 10. Dance is his first love and he has said he hopes to continue dancing as long as he possibly can.

Because EXO-L lied themselfe so that why BTS become famous than EXO now. You need to accept the real life. I'm used to a EXO's fan, also know a little bit dance. For now i like BTS because their energy in every single move, and their professional give to their fan. For me EXO just Kai and Beak, Chen give me the feeling like when I watch BTS Perform. That guy which you said is very tall is 186 cm but he looks taller because has very long legs! He is very talented: singer, rapper, dj, actor, model, he can play at many instruments, maybe is not best dancer but is good at many things!
