In the first shooting drill after the lay up bruh should already have his feet set when he catches the ball. There are a few times he adds a little hop after he catch the ball. 1 its a travel and 2 if he is being gaurded by a good defender that extra hop will give the defender time to recover. On the drill when he comes around the cones make sure he isnt receving the ball standing upright he should be receiving the ball already in the triple threat position. After he catches the ball have him focus on the jab step, he traveled literally everytime he did it. Have him focus more on the basics before having him go any further.
@ odub & arriesgarse: most of the drills were the first time I did them so I wasnt going full speed the entire time. This video is more geared towards showing the drills than Me specifically, If I do them now its a huge difference. Thanx for the feedback!
A Soft bounce pass below the knees would be great ..Help pick up ball with the use/functioning of extremities fingers and Thumb essential ..OR in corporate one bounce step up i guess my terminology is right Each regional culture is so different In useing words @ basketball play!!! Nasser CAPE -APENS -Coach BBand many other Games !
hey nice drills. but quick question tho.. how do you work on the follow-thru for that opposite hand layup u did in the beginning?? i feel so remedial doin it, so i'm tryna see if its somethin i'm missing??
Nice drills but I see a weakness in his jump shot. He hit a couple of his shots perfectly but the way he regularly shot the ball defenders would really cancel him out of a game. Keep practicing I guess.
good video but he needs 2 crossover faster. how r u supposed to trick some body movin slow u need 2 go fast to b able 2 get 2 tha basket. or b able 2 back away 2 shoot. but looks like your tryin hard so keep it up
you have to watch ur footwork especially when you coming off the screens your mimicking being chased the defender is more that likely trailing so just go with the open step your doing to much practicing bad footwork = traveling violations just some constructive criticism
glad i could bring a smile to your face...besides it's called being realistic lmao...i've played the game at a high level...there's no fluidity in your movement, none...i'll be looking for ya in the nba someday...good luck
yeah, I gotta say that this isn't anywhere near professional level... keep working, but you need to go with a lot more intensity, and most of all SPEED. You look like you're just going through the motions. you need to be doing drills AT GAME SPEED. practice makes bad habits if you don't practice to simulate real game situations.
okay i'm sorry and i don't mean to be rude, but the reality of the situation is this guy can't even play a lick of basketball, so the drills are irrelevant and look horrible.
