This house is perfect for my current sim. Hes a renaissance sim writer that i imagine writes skill books. He has a daughter from previous relationship that lives with her mother he gets her over the summer and on holidays. He also takes care of his niece sometimes. I've been trying to build a house for him but this is so prefect!

I’m a grad student, and this is extremely close the house I’d love to live in, and the houses of many of my professors. Great job!! I’ve been thinking about which pack I’ll buy next, and I think it will have to be jungle adventures so I can make a Sim to fit this house/story! You’re awesome!

This build makes me think of my teacher who will soon be my boss. He defenitely fits the quirky professor stereotype :D He's not the best in casual conversations and is always kinda awkward but really nice and fun! He also looooves to wear funny button up shirts. I remember him one time wearing one with little cacti on it 🌵

Your renovation series inspired me to do my own. Still midway through it, but as for community lots, I've got a Basketball Court Park, Coffee House, and Home of Worship in the northern neighbourhood, and then a Spa in the southern neighbourhood, which all seem quite fitting for the area. Not sure whether I'll add any others yet!

Niece and nephew definitely! So cute and so fresh, maybe he can have a sister (the mother of the kids) who keeps trying to step him up with blind dates and one day he finally agrees. Being his sister, she picks the perfect woman for him and the hit it off immediately. Maybe the girl is kind of a goofball so she makes him live life in a way he never imagined.. Getting very caught up in the story, sorry! Great build as always Dawn, love your stuff! Hugs from Argentina 💜

Amazing as always! Love your builds so much ❤❤ (about the large dog bed, when I'm building I like to size it down once, so the large dogs can still use it and it won't look weird(they fit perfectly) and it's way easier to fit inside)

Enter! I love the house, you make building look so easy. I especially admire how versatile you are with different styles, it's really quite admireable. Honestly I rather like the idea of the sim being a divorcee, though in my mind he's actually a grumpy old man, who's kids are long grown into adults, but he makes them stay in their childhood bedrooms whenever they do come over, because it would be a little funny and the house is kind of giving me those cooky grampa vibes.

Newcrest is my favourite place to build in too. I like the idea of him having a niece and nephew. You could register him with the ministry of labour and give him the job title of professor. High level archaeology skill allows the Sim to give archaeology lectures to others, and one of the aspirations (I think Renaissance Sim) let's Sims write guides to skills they've maxed. To make money he could write books on archeology and history and authenticate artifacts sent to him in the mail (again, high level archaeology skill).

I love this house, it’s going to be such a beautiful neighbourhood!! I really liked your story for him (I’m imagining an adult/elder sim with elbow patches 😂) Maybe his niece and nephew are his younger sisters kids, and he’s really close with her to? Fingers crossed for a professor/teaching career!!

Enter! I really like the idea of the bedrooms being for a niece and nephew, and him just not being or never having been married. I don’t often see households that are just a full grown adult bachelor/bachelorette.

I imagine the professor as an elderly man who's into work and books and science but deeply loved his wife which passed away a year ago. That left him heartbroken so his kids which are all grown up often come to visit him with their kids what makes him happy :) Maybe the dog was once his wifes but that could be to deep of a background story :p

This is perfect for a character I have in my game. I have him listed as self-employed Professor of Archaeology. I do really hope we can teach at the university and be a professor there someday. Thank you for this perfect home. Who knows, maybe we will be moving this home to a new world with Uni this year! (fingers crossed)

Not sure if it's too late in timezones - I'm in Europe! But Enter if it isn't ;) I really enjoy all the dark wooden design of this space. Particularly the office. Having his neice and nephew over sounds like such a nice story idea. I used to love getting to visit my aunts and uncles as a kid!

I think a divorced professor is a great story! Maybe as a community lot you could build a “university” where he could teach that would have a library and a classroom or something :)

I love the niece and nephew idea but then thought maybe he’s divorced and his two kids live with him half the time? Only cause he’s got such a big house and I was just thinking he wouldn’t need all that space to himself.. love the build :)

Enter!!! I love the idea of a professor's house! It is exactly the type of house I would imagine a professor would have, reminds me of ones in the movies lol. I think you could build a frat/sorority home in this style. I always see those homes use this type of architecture. Also, it would be big HINT, HINT at EA to get University out ASAP. (-:
