Nice presentation Beni! Near the end of the presentation, when you are speaking about the external and internal sharp corners, I notice the only the 2 upper corners of the 3 inner are sharp. The lower one still maintains the radius around that inner corner. Why is is?

Hello McDrone... that for the comment. I'm assuming you are speaking about the "E" demostration, and the bottom internal corner is rounded? If that is the case I can see what you are saying, but that somes from the initial vector of the letter "E"... that corner is rounded not sharpe. Does that seem right?

I have an object with a base of 502x502mm, height of 59mm and top of 499x499mm. When the stl is imported in Aspire it shows the inclination of the object's sides. Now when I set its profile tool path, in the preview it shows that the sides are cut straight without any inclination. What setting do I choose/use to set it to cut the sides with the inclination needed? I kinda new to this and need a bit of help.

I believe it sounds like you may need to use a 3D toolpath... Roughing and a finishing path... and maybe to cut the time you may want to pocket out the center. The edges, with the angles, are really 3D cuts unless you can match that angle to a V-Bit... then you could use a profile cut around a pocket. This might be one for the support team seeing as it may require a bit of back and forth. They can be contacted by email - support@vectric.com
