Hi, super handy video. Was wondering if you could answer one of my questions, is it possible to do a pocket cutout then go straight into a profile cutout after on the same g code? I can never seen to get it to work

Hello and thanks for the comment and question! Yes you sure can assuming you are using the same tool you can choose to save the two toolpaths as one (make sure you have the smae tool number selected).

The new desktop version 11.5 has a fault in it when I make pockets and re calculate. It then ads another clear toolpath and cuts the toolpath twice.

Hello... do you happen to have a clearance tool selected in the tool list? It sounds to me like you might have a second tool... so you are doing what we call rest machining.. when the larger tool goes in and gets the majority of the material out, and then a smaller cutter goes in to get the rest. Or... Your step-down on your tool may be smaller than the pocket's depth you are cutting. This will cause the tool to go in twice to get the depth you have specified..

When I try to pocket out a shape it seems like it is using a profile tool path instead. What am I doing wrong
