I always wanted to make these cause it’s so expensive buying them 😭 Can’t believe you don’t need to use so much ingredients for the puffs, I’ll try to make some of these! Thank you!!!
One of my very Favorite Desserts. Simply Delicious. Mom made these without the Chocolate ganache sauce for years. It wasn’t until cooking School I was introduced to the Sauce and to this day I love the simplicity without the sauce. YUM
Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. I got to know them when I was working for Marks and Spencer, London. I find them really special and close to my heart!!!! Thank you for sharing the process. Will give it a try!!!!
Omg u don’t know how much I love this dessert wow I love this especially with ice cream love it in France I have tried this for my first time but now watching this video I want to try it so badly 🥺😳😍♥️☺️👏🤞💫😎
Excellent video with simple clear instructions. Maybe when doing a recipe like this, you can provide different filling options. I've always eaten them filled with egg custard. That would be a way to use the pods after extracting the seeds. Alternatively this pastry is also used to make eclairs, you could show both options and fillings to extend your video over that magic 10 min. mark. Keep up the good work.
Oooh Jack lovely! If I freeze them do I need to crisp them up again in the oven, or do they remain crisp? Have a lovely day, it’s pouring rain here in the UK and it’s cold 🥶 thanks Jack
Aww, cuuute, you pronounced "Chantilly" as "chanti-lee" 😆 It's actually "chanti-yee" 😉 And profiteroles are really good. Even here, we don't eat these very often, so when they actually show up for dessert, no matter how full you are, YOU STILL GOTTA EAT THEM 😂
I watch this video because tomorrow I have a cooking test, I am 15 years old and I go to cooking school, according to our recipe it is necessary to use 1 deceiltar of water, 1 deciliter of oil, 5 grams of salt, 100 grams of flour and 3-4 eggs.
