Electric Scooter Tweaking and Programming.
Sorry for speaking quickly, but each setting has 3 seconds before returning to the main menu.
This is based on the Viper Dual which has 18 modes, but can still be applied to many other electric scooters, as the interface is now common. The programming interface is the menu of the throttle control unit that flashes the non-volatile memory in the micro-controller. This governs all aspects of the scooter's performance.
You are unlikely to cause damage to the scooter, but please make a note of your settings before tweaking.
Add or subtract settings and let me know what works best for you.
Change the settings with caution. You do so at your own risk!

Mine Escooter until P13. Spec is 48V 15Ah 600W. And it was always runing on off on off while riding..now sure why..before is okay but its happen while i play around the controller P0-P13.. Please advise..thanks

@@strawman9410 MOSFETs, and wiring connections. Connectors biggest weekness. You'll be fine.

Hi and thanks, you can of course attenuate power with the eco button. On scooters with a P0-P9 setting parameter set P8 to less than 100. On scooters with parameters P01-P18 set P08 to less than 100. Dials back power.

Also, have you noticed how inaccurate (slow) the speedo is?

Hi there. No, unfortunately there is no way I know of to change the setting from kmh to mph. The second setting can't be toggled between 1 and 0. I found the speedo to be really accurate when I compared with different reference GPS devices and apps. I guess it might change when the tyre starts wearing. When that happens I'll probably have to reduce the number from '10' (inches) in setting 06.

Marcus Roberts On my scooters default settings, my speedo will report 28 Kmh when I am actually going over 50 per GPS! I’ve adjusted the wheel diameter settings to see how that will help as i’ve had luck doing that in my Ruima mini4. I also find it annoying it won’t save trip data or the last speed mode it was in before power down. Your video did help me disable cruise control and set regen braking though! Curious to see if you’ve touched any other settings that may have made a positive impact. Thanks!

Interesting that the speedo is so inaccurate. I can't think what might be causing that...I'll have to do some experiments.

Marcus Roberts I semi-resolved the speedo situation; it’s somewhat of a half-assed fix, but setting the wheel diameter to P6 to 14.0 gives me 100% accurate speed readings in MPH compared to GPS (while LCD still says KMH)

Hi. Need some help here: I have a scooter with parameters similar to these and I have mistakenly modified the sets 11, 12 and 13 whose values were 2, 3 and 8 respectively. Now those three are in 0 and I can't change them again. The SCOOTER is still working but now it is much slower than before. How can I solve this or reset factory settings?

Will it not physically allow you to toggle the settings? They are set in non-volatile memory on the LCD throttle and can be overwritten.

today we filled FLJ T113 and everything runs as long as I can't add gas, the paw doesn't respond, thank you for the advice

The second setting should allow you to toggle between kmh (0) and mph (1), but the 18 parameter ones I've seen, this is hardcoded to '0'.

Marcus Roberts I can’t change the 2nd option on mine does nothing and number 4 is wheel size I think

Thanks for sharing. Pretty much what I thought. On most 04 is the LCD timeout in minutes and 06 is the wheel diameter for speedo calibration. Maybe your version is different. Not sure if you've had a moment to check out my document?
