In this video I take out my 205cc 100% nozzle injectors and install 250cc 200% nozzle injectors so that I get a faster spool up for my s369 turbo.

Rip starter. Jesus. Yeah I know it’s gotta get oil back in the high side but it ain’t gonna bleed off if you let that poor starter cool down for a second.

runs great i thought it would never get done. one recomendation is do a 6.0 style grill and the v8 badge on the fender replace with the later door badges. but to each is own.

if your still running the stock fuel system i recommend the FRx and HPx from riffraff it makes the truck run better and its a lot more quiet at idle too i just put both on mine the other weekend and it runs so much better i have 245,987 miles on mine

Im excited to be getting my 180cc stock nozzles from full force in my stock 97 f350 with 305k on stock injectors. Im having cold start issues like glow plug problem. New turbo will come when have money to fix turbo pedestal oil leak and get rid of the back pressure valve

250/200’s will not max out a 369. Especially on a sd. 350/200’s will. You still have the option to put a wastegate on your super duty and run it way harder. You can go 350/200 with a waste gated .91 and have response and back pressure control. You’re not maxxed out yet.

the 250/200s are designed to be compatible with the stock hpop

Im assuming this would be the same for a set of 238/80s ? I'm gonna gonna be easy on mine intill I have time to do the pushrods, springs all that stuff . I'm hoping the holds together

Yea the batteries took a beating over the whole engine swap. Gettin new ones soon just wanted to get it started for now with just enough for the idm.

Not very without supporting mods such as head studs and valve springs and pushrods

I have unlimited 250/200 hybrid injectors. A long as you don’t go over a certain boost and about 600 dyno. You’ll be fine. As long as you have the forged rods not the PMR. I’ve had mine like this with a bunch of other things also done. It runs like a champ. Extremely reliable!!!! Just talk with experts before you go crazy and know what you have, forged will hold. Not pmr and not too much boost. I went with gear head tuning and John wood competition transmission, adrenaline hpop,riff RAF cross over lines for fuel and oil, air dog 165 and well everything else I could think of at that point. It’s been 7 years so I’m forgetting. It’s very reliable though👍🏻
