Hi! Thank you very much for playing my little campaign! You can expect more updates and better rooms with more quality in the future! Two things that I noticed: -You can see the switch to unlock the secret map under the screen in 24:36, it opens the first door where you got the blue keycard previously. -You are using a nice HD Texture pack, however I realized that it undoes the transparency of the water in the lab tanks of map03, making it impossible to see the specimens inside them.
I noticed that Extermination Day aka the old Brutal Doom Campaign Hell on Earth and parts of Wolfendoom: Blade of Agony were inspirations for making this, @Onox792. I have to admit, I am very impressed. I can't wait to see what you have planned in the future for this.
looks detailed and nicely 'organic' aka places that humans actually can use for something or stuff so demon 'saturated' it started to warp to their physics/thought directed energy & blood infrastructure already.. if you improve on this i be tempted to try find someone making 'fly through' of the environment for moody music as a screen saver or reading evening background ambiance! ...also ,that the dang half life 1 scientist is it not ?
@@BrettAlt41 Thanks! Also the sewers level (map06) is inspired by the E1M10 remake that sgt.mark made many years ago, which is based on an exclusive xbox level.
1:00:07 - "He's here!". Yes, you strategic genius zombie, you. You somehow sassed out that, after me blowing away several of your comrades with an unsilenced hand cannon, in the very same chamber, that the Doom Slayer had arrived. Good thing I took you out, else you would have been a veritable Patton/Rommel hybrid amongst the damned.
This looks like the greatest first person shooter ever in the history of anything, only criticism I could legitimately level is it looks too easy…..maybe that’s just cause the player knows the maps so well Edit: how can I play this?!?
some classical tunes , to what looks like an exceptionally well sculpted map and some nice blood splattering project brutality arsenal display sweet! some old gods stuff creeping futility stuff after this and its an excellent afternoon
00:00 - MAP01 Welcome to the UAC 08:05 - MAP02 Office Complex 14:50 - MAP03 Testing Laboratories 24:40 - MAP04 Loading Bay 32:45 - MAP05 Tension In Mars Surface 47:00 - MAP06 Garbage and Sewers 57:47 - MAP07 Simple Sector 01:05:20 - This is something really, really familiar 01:10:34 - MAP08 Our Natural Benefit 01:24:10 - Meeting Samuel Hayden Final Carnage is an epic 8+1 levels long Campaign where we play as the DOOMSLAYER during his trip to Mars UAC Facility where as always, some things went wrong and we have to clean some things up. First of all 8+1 as I did not include the secret level because dunno why I cannot open the first doors and I'm stuck, seems like only noclipping worked for me in that place :(. The campaign is very similar to the Brutal Doom's Extermination Day campaign but of course smaller, it also has that Dissension & Half-Life feeling with adding lots of narration to the playthrough, a really good mappack. During some sections of the playthrough you might notice that you are observed by someone, of course you have no chance to reach that person closely, think of GMan in Half-Life who watches you all the time. The mappack's difficulty and pace varies across the levels, some of the sections are fast while the Gore Nest sections maybe quite slow because you have to finish off multiple demons waves. It is quite important to get as many secrets as possible because they have lots of goodies for you - when you play this mappack with Project Brutality (as it is recommended by author), it has lots of upgrades inside. Another good thing about this mappack, because this is a first episode and it this is a teaser for the incoming episode, your arsenal is limited and you have Plasma Rifle at the end, just before reaching the portal to Phobos. So your arsenal is quite limited up to the Rocket Launcher (and Flamethrowe) but you will meet all of the demons except Spider Mastermind, Archvile and Pain Elemental, that's for the next episode(s). Some of the sections of maps might be familiar to you, you might encounter (oh gosh, what a bad pun) a really nice Easter Egg in one of the caves, plus a final encounter is a quite nasty surprise
I’ve noticed in a lot of your videos you play as a blue doom marine, is that kinda like your signature? Is the blue marine your favorite and is it a add on for all Doom mods?
doom mars never resembles actual mars does it .. earth grav, earth air, earth architecture and furniture .. let alone phobos! thats basicaly an asteroid with microgravity only :)
@@MartinozYT terraforming .. that can magically affect gravity? that gave mars .. AND PHOBOS .. an earth temperature and air pressure? yet they are still running around .. with shotguns? lol
@@markhill3858 Yes, magically. There's literally magic in DOOM. You accepted the sci fi weaponry, you accepted the demigod protagonist. You accepted the occult weaponry, the zombies, the ghosts, the demons "These all compute". Then the gravity isn't 100% real world accurate and you say "Wait just a damn minute, you mean this is a power fantasy game that doesn't care about physics? I'm out".
So, wait. Why is the title "PROJECT BRUTALITY" plus some other mods and wads? I mean is the re even one actual mechanic of PB in this playthrough? I think we would know by the amount of different gibs flying everywhere. Just the usual mods he always use like glory kill. Doesn't seem very compatible with this content, I thought it would work with any enemy that is from the original game, whatever the map... Now I'm lost.
