Since Power Nation is no longer available on TV in Ontario Canada I'm glad to watch gear head episodes on the Tube through my smart TV. Thx for posting.
Funny how gears just put out a preview episode a couple weeks ago of Stacy finding copperhead going to have it on a full episode now power-nation re boots this haha
When I seen “project copperhead” I was like noooo,it can’t be,can it!?!?!? Lol watched this build every Saturday morning start to finish back in the day. No matter how big Friday’s high school party’s got haha
I remember watching this build as a child. When I found your RU-vid channel I scoured all the videos looking for this build. I'm glad I came back regularly to double check.
Stacy was actually able to track copperhead down after almost fifteen years, they featured it on his show a while ago including an interview with the current owner who fell in love with it while watching the build on trucks and decided he had to have it.
Wow I remember when this episode and build series aired,. I am having serious déjà vu right now. This video is from season 5 wondering if PowerNation tv has more episodes from this season or even season before and after this one
We'll continue to post these episodes here on RU-vid. If you can't wait for the rest of the build, visit our site to binge-watch: www.powernationtv.com/build/146/copperhead
I missed his version of this show. I remember watching the morning power block. It was my adult version of Saturday morning cartoons. After Stacey left that show it was pretty unwatchable. Of course most of them shows kind of wound up that way.
Yeah. Spike hurt those shows a lot with new hosts every year and scattered projects taking forever to finish. Once it became the paramount network you knew the days were numbered. Hopefully the history channel brings it back somewhat, but I doubt it.
I had a 72 1 ton at one point, had shoehorned a 500 CID Caddy engine in it, but bad choices in life led to it being taken away from me by the police [sad eyes]
i guess since powerblock switched its name to power nation then the networks up here in eastern canada dropped these great shows they now go on the interweb ....hahahahaha
You make it sound affordable . This would be about 120 thousand dollars - give or take , if I may borrow a phrase . Want to know how many people did this build ? FUCKING NONE ! Anyone who has the TIME to watch this doesn't have a fucking job , and could not afford to fill the gold plated gas tank , I assume is planned .
Is this the bottom of the barrel programming? This episode is ancient. Trucks! is no longer on Motor Trend TV (formerly Velocity). So far MT TV has really screwed up the channel. The good shows are no longer on the channel. They play that stupid commercial showing the car going over the cliff to death.
No, this is not bottom of the barrel...way back when there were no car shows, this was the cool shit....please, before you shit all over memories of watching my sons fall in love with cars and trucks, just think man....
Never heard of this show, if it was more than 6 years ago then the guy who brought kindig the idea stole it from here. very similar ideas. my bad, thanks for the correction.
Sandblast a frame and cab for $500? Where is that Mexico? Local sodablast company is $150 an hour at their shop and $250 mobile. Priced epoxy primer lately? Like politicians, promise you the moon and you can figure out the rest.
