By renting it out,, it becomes subject to CGT, but I guess that doesn't apply when your company buys it??

There is the potential for Capital Gains Tax depending when it is sold to the company and the valuation of the property at that point in time based on the proportion of time that it is rented compared to when it is covered by the PPR allowance.
