The fuel tank is NFG but luckilya very generous subscriber has donated and clean tank with a hanger and sender unit.
Also tearing apart some Diff to modify the chassis to take a dual mount hat of a E36 6 cylinder and finally finished off with getting the face of the car back on!

I remember the days changing a medium case diff on the ground on my driveway an my back . Doing it on a lift is a big game changer

You need the whole front valance top section . You cut it off just below where the bumper covers so you don’t see it

The diff mounts turned out really good, you didn't come back with it so I assumed you worked out a way to get the bends done

Yeah I had a very old press brake I could use that just did the job. Super happy with them and the engineers has confirmed it’s all good as well!

Yeah I learnt that in my fitting and turning apprenticeship, I was just lazy at the start then realised I needed a proper hammer
