Projection welding machine control panel suitable for controlling SCR Thyristor power control system.
The DS310 is higher model for general purpose spot and projection welding machines with counter for each program and 10x weld time configurable and thermostat connections for over-temperature safety
Specifications of panel:-
Supply :- 415 Volt +10% -15%, 50/60 Hz, 2 Phase.
Programs :- 10 Memories for Timers, Current and Counter.
Counter :- 5 Digit, Separate for each program.
Timers :- 4 Timers. Squeeze, weld, hold and off timers.
Time :- 1 to 99 Pulses for each timer (1 = .02 sec.), and weld time can be configured for 10 to 990 Pulses.
Spot Group :- 1 to 10 spots can set for a job.
Repeat Mode :- Yes, Auto or manual mode selectable.
Firing Power :- Suitable for 50 to 1200 amp SCR’s
Thermostat :- NC type Thermostat Input
Others :- Weld On / Weld Off Button, Solenoid valve Test button, Emergency stop and cycle start button for testing weld process.
Accessories :- Thyristor Firing PCB282 with Snubber circuit.
