Comments ,the Boring Mill operator ,it very organize and work clean ,plus take care the tools and around the machine special the floor. Very important detail Has few tool boxes from COMPANY property ,where storage the every cutting tool. Dat mind the Plant Manager o owner the Company take care to. CANADIAN COMPANY most are mess to work , no clean ,no by cutting tools ,no selection off tool holder ,only whant the job done whit minimis to expend money . That it the big mistake of the manufacturing. Then cray because no found skill worker people. Detail Lathe machine has good tool post one, copy of GERMANY other copy from ITALY -ARGENTINA deseing , very fast and accurate to change holders. Milling machine, the operator use properly clams, roads threading ,nuts ,Washer ,most do not have in the shop, ( 10 points), good set up V BLOCKS ,plus copper shims was using.
