I'm sayin tho. Some new track fans just joined and don't really understand 9.58 is not a play thing. Sprinters literally tear up their bodies just to run 9.6 nevermind 9.5.
As fan of athletics, I'm also a realist. People act like 9.58 is like this easy thing that can be done because of how flawless Bolt made it look. By all rights, Asafa had the chance to approach 9.6X but he missed his chance. Tyson gay ran a windy 9.69 which is commendable. The only one that got close to Bolt's record was Yohan by virtue of the fact that he trained with Bolt. What did Yohan get for his troubles? A hamstring muscle that tore of the bone and had to be surgically re-attached. Kishane is the brightest spark in this current crop of sprinters, however, there is very big difference between 9.7 and 9.5. Give the man some time to develop because right now he's still unrefined.
@@kwesimctaire3783 I disagree with his Analysis, simply because he is ignoring the flash time 9.73 shown on the clock, or he doesn’t know how to factor it in.. While Kishane ran that race under Strick instruction by his coach to shut it down at 60m to 70m.. He will run 9.69 or 9.67at the Olympic for 2 reasons, one he will be push to go faster and his coach will take the brakes off him Francis will peak and fully tapered him for the Occasion at the end of the month.. They are to headed over to Europe pretty soon to become fully acclimated to weather and the time zones…
@@tyeguy5373 The flash time is not the ratified time and should not be considered when discussing sprinter potential. The ratified time of 9.77 is significantly slower than 9.73 in the sprint world. Remember when Shelly ran 10.70 back in 2012? The flash time was actually 10.65. As we now know, Shelly wouldn't run 10.6x until 9 years later. Having said all that, I don't doubt that Kishane has the potential to run 9.6 but again there is a vast difference between 9.6 and 9.5. I'll put it like this, if Kishane can make running 9.6x as easy as Bolt did in 2008, then and only then would I consider him a threat to break the world record. 9.58 is not plaything. Sprinters literally kill up themselves just to run 9.6.
@anthonyclarke2253 I mean I agree with this analysis until you realize that most sprinters don't actually run that fast in their mid 30s so in Shelly's case we get to see how her body reacted but for other sprinters who may not react like how Shelly's body did at 35 let alone still be running we can't use her as the standard. Justin Gatlin was still someone fast in his 30s and yohan blake got very lucky with his 9.85 at the age if like 34 but he hasn't run sub 10 since so it's not a one size fits all apples to apples comparison.
The irony is that going on the grass is his safest bet atm, seeing that the curve would drastically increase the chances of aggravation of his present distress.
I see what they have been talking about . The guy is like a hurricane. Can’t control his speed. Such raw talent and speed. Franco is still moulding him. He is going to be frightening in another 2/3 years.
Im An American and Im all for my Guys But This Guy is A Problem. He will Run 9.65 in the Olympics if he lose 5 pounds and get his Muscle Flexibility a bit more Flexible but Keep His Strength. He's going 9.6 . Remember I said it here
It seem's like some person's are trying to disrespect Usain Bolt, well listen and listen good" he will not break Bolt's record" so i'm telling him just run his own race but dont stress yourself to break Bolt's record because if he try he is going to hurt himself very bad and we all dont want that to happen.
Nothing is wrong if he breaks bolts record, bolt is a legend and nobody can change that . If he does that would be good for him and Jamaica . Doubt he will though but I want him to represent us to the fullest and whatever happens happen .
It seems y'all people underestimate Usain bolt world record let me show you the stats only 3 person went under 9.7 and only 1 under 9.65 so y'all just watch the sports more often than coming out here talking rubish
But he is top 10 all time, Krishane that is, 9.7 is pretty fast, he has room to improve his start, and I don't think he emptied the tank in the finals and he didn't dip
Do you understand how much of a gap 9.58 is from 9.77. Even with the best start he can produce, he will still not be anywhere close to 9.58. If he does get the record, it's definitely not going to be this year. He needs a lot more work.
true taller is better. Ask all the ladies 😃 but really i alway hear them say Tyson have the highest top speed but he is short bolt is near Tyson top speed so he is going to be faster
The key thing that Usain had, over every sprinter, was his ability to finish 100m in 41 steps compared to an average of about 44 steps from nearly every sprinter. Being 6'5" and having similar (if not faster) turnover than the other elites gave him a stride length advantage. This isn't to say that someone can't break 9.58, but I feel like a mid-9.6 is more realistic for Kishane. If he were Bolt's height or even an inch shorter at 6'4", then I think sub-9.6 would seem more possible. At the end of the day, as long as JA wins, Im cool!
Suppose him fizzle out in Paris, what are you going to do? How you going to feel? Best thing you can do is don’t put no high expectations on the runner. All I want to see from the sprinter is that him stay healthy and everything else will take of itself.
you Jamaicans are so delusional . every body win a race you all bring up bolt record. Kishane as not run 9.6 as of yet muchness to run 9.57. You all booboo . Bolt record save with these crap of male sprinters. Anyone who run under 9.7 never live to run fast time again. Ask Yohan Blake and Tyson Blake. You all think 9.58 is easy to do. Man move way with your foolishness. Neva si come si
9.58 is heavenly divine time ,so kishane can't break that if him not in the spiritual realms, bolt break the world record during the golden era that Jehovah God shined down his powers on Jamaica powers, called down on Jamaica by a person I know personally so hmmmmyea
@@Wells-ws7mw you dismiss the realm like it's nothing, youth you lick you head? You know GOD? anyways the Olympic Gold could be his but the world record is something else
This is 9.1 for 90m (working it out from when hand raised off ground which is usually 0.22 after gun fire for 0.14RT).. so 10.0low.. for training run it's spectacular.. this the same footage I used last week to predict PR for Kishane at Trials and then 9.77 after his semi (twitter).. he got 9.6 potential, 9.58 require something different different though
No one think 9.58 is a joke but when evidence presents itself you can’t deny it. Bolt ran a 9.76 in 08 at the stadium easing down. Kishane ran a 9.77 easing down. The similarities are there. Look how easy he running 9.82 just as Bolt ran 9.89in In Berlin. Kishane is the first person since Bolt to be running these times with ease. It’s evident he is at least a 9.6 sprinter and with Franno genius, once Thompson improves his start, 9.58 will be under threat. As the commentary said use your eyes and common sense
@@ExplosiveReactionzkeep dreaming kishane will not break it I can tell you don't watch the sports like that just come out for views how bolt jog the times they are sprinting these days no one has to potential to do it and thats facts
So you are telling me that Kishane Would have beat Usain Bolt and Tyson gay head to head at their best. Just imagine Usain Bolt getting second place in his 9.58 race to Kishane while Tyson got third....
😂😂good reaction bredah⚡️⚡️🔥🔥🧲🔥🧲🔥🧲🔥⚔️👑🐺👑⚔️🇯🇲Real Benjamin's. Kishane Thompson is something Special 🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🎗🎗✨️✨️✨️✨️Hihyah blessings YAHH ^^ protection for our brothas and Sistas 🤞🏽🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🏹⚡️🏹⚡️🏹⚡️🏹⚡️🆙 WE UP^^💪🏾💯💯
@trackuniverse9121 lol you crazy nobody is a 10 milli second from it, n nobody wasn't before yohan or Tyson n this year noah is better so the 200m is easier
If he gets to train injury free and work on the technical aspects and improve his form tremendously then I can consider this. Currently, he is not 9.69.
From watching that 9.77 race I really couldn't tell how fast he really may run? I do know that he shut it down somewhere around the 70M mark. Many still believe the Jamaicans are using illegal substances. Who am I to say yeah or nah?
Real clickbate business. That training run looks nowhere near 9.58. Everyday people get up and talk about breaking 100m record like they think 9.58 is a joke thing.
Rohan Watson could only run 10.07 at trials. That isn’t anywhere near half second gap between him and Thompson. That’s more like 2 tenth of a second, 😂😂 this video is nonsense.
Stop playing for clicks because what Bolt did was freakish. Bolt is taller but able to run with the same execution and speed and quickness or ppl shorter run faster naturally. Taller ppl are not as fast as Bolt he was unique and just like the basket ball< the taller you are, the easier it is to get some rebound, etc, but you are never as fast as the shorter players you find someone that can be like that while being tall then you know you unique.
Only way he get close to 9.58 is with a 5mph tailwind 😂😂 that record is gonna be safe for a long time hell nobody is even getting close to 9.69 let alone 9.58
Please...leave Usain bolt alone that legend is in his own class apart. Before you talk about Usain bolt's world record...you have to break Yohan Blake's 2nd fastest of all time 9.69s...maybe he can break that of Yohan blake first.
Anybody to challenge bolt.... should be able to run the 100m in less than 45 steps....but more than those steps just forget....reason being bolt was taller with long steps combined with cruising speed....so because of that people watching could just see him as if jogging in the race.
This is no proof , i have always said it bolts not the fastest man in Jamaica .this is a pool of men from high school. Lineup every man in jamaica and buss a gun man run all 7 seconds. I once saw a sports day at clarendon college in 80's coomunity versus track team countryman dem bunup the track. Not fi mention dem man de a jail.
@@ExplosiveReactionz The 9.77 has 0.9m/a wind. If you adjust the wind to 0 the time becomes 9.81. Saying this I am acknowledging that Kishane has the potential to run low 9.7 and with a gust of wind at his back like, 1m/s wind, a high 9.6.
