Good explanation Jon. I dispair with some of the boat handling now, even with a thruster in each corner and pod drives I have to giggle at some of the antics. Me? a traditional long keel yacht with a transom hung rudder and a very small diesel, not a thruster in sight. I've managed for nearly fifty years. Prayer helped once or twice not to mention some cursing and the odd divorce.
Surely you mean prop walk as per the title, prop wash is simply the the diturbed water pushed back by the prop, (or air in the case of a plane or helicopter).
Nice video and simple explanation. Off topic, but like the combination of classic boat vs using electric tech. I'm a petrol head but like the way this is integrated. Nice.
