Why did the pitch of the prop change after landing?

The reason for the Nepal crash propeller pitch. They accidentally feathered the props.

Do they feather on approach then fine pitch on landing to create drag?

ATR 72/42 or Q400

I get to fly this beefed up king air c90 and this is one of my favorite things about all turbo props

I was just on this exact plane 3 days ago, and THIS IS AN IMPRESSIVE AIRCRAFT

Is that indigo airlines, i cant recall any other blue atr72 operaters

It took me 30 year to finally learn that the propeller blades on these airliner prop planes can twist around to change angle to change air flow and create reverse thrust.
