If you plan to live in any of the US territories which are Guam, Saipan, American Samoa, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands you can use your VA loan to purchase a property on these awesome beach front islands.
Can I use my VA loan to buy/develop land with multiple houses or buy/develop multiple condos under one loan. The goal is to live in one house or condo and sell the rest while collecting a mortgage payment instead of rent?
