As I have bought a residential plot under SimCity project. As registry are not allowed for non Himachali yet. So the mediator of Suncity have advised me to apply for map from bbnda and after that completing 25 % of construction at my plot the registeration will be done. So kindly tell me that is it the procedure correct or he is just misguiding me to make his profit.
