Love the older smaller ships. Have never been on a Mega Ship and at 70 years of age, 65 cruises under my belt since 1985, I will stay true to my Smaller and Midsize Ships.

I am booked on ncl June 24 on a 10days mediterranean barcelona to treste italy for my 70th. Nervous 9 ports!! And 1st ncl. We have always sailed carnival

Love your shirt Mrs Traveler but my shirt would say “Real women let their men love football” cause I can’t really get into( I really did try) but I let my hubby have at it and don’t bother him lol…support from afar !

I just got off the Pride today. Did the 6 day cruise to Cozumel Belize and Costa Maya which unfortunately we were not able to stop in Costa Maya because of the weather. I have not one complaint everything was awesome! The crew was friendly and attentive. We did eat at Fahrenheit steakhouse which was delicious and the rest of the time we ate at the buffet which was also delish! We will definitely sail on the Pride again!

Don't even get me started. We love Carnival but we just got off Carnival Dream and yes you are correct....we saw staff fighting with each other in front of Carnival guest on several occasions. Pretty sad!

You are 100 percent right about the lowering of the standards of customer service. You don’t have twenty minutes to hear all of my examples, from the Legend. Love Spirit Class though!

we are on the pride in 3 months, we were on the horizon and the steak house was not good. They seem to havve alot of options for food. But zi sm happy to go.

We noticed the service at guest services and above was an attitude of disinterest and they really didn’t care if things were resolved and I’d say we had bad service there. Truly it was new for us bc this was our first cruise post-Covid. We went in July on the Venezia and we’re shocked by it. However-our waitstaff in the main dining room was also wonderful! We loved them!

I haven't had a problem with customer services. However, they have taken away some amenities, raised prices, which makes the vacation less magical

We had the same experience on the Carnival Valor. Staff acted as if they didn't want to be there. Very negative attitudes. I prefer a larger ship.

I will b honest with u carnival's guest services b lacking. I wrk for Hilton.. And i understand since covisss everyone is trying to make money back... But the overall cost doesn't compare to a comp'd meal

I was on the Pride Oct 8-18. We never went to guest services except to add money to our account. So can't add anything about service, all was great.

We just got off Sunshine (Thanksgiving Cruise) And the staff was amazing, there was a lot of rude people but we had so much for fun (our first cruise) we came home and booked Pride for next Thanksgiving! I was told to use magnet hooks in our state but nothing but the ceiling was metal, our door wasn't even metal. Which did make me sad since I took happy birthday magents for door. The MDR was horrible! We loved the buffet though! I got alfredo at lunch and was not at all impressed and the hair I found didn't help it at all. They were great to make me another bowl though.

We sailed on the carnival liberty the last 2 octobers. We been thinking about sailing to Bermuda next fall. Do yall think we should sail on pride out of Baltimore or should we cruise out of nyc on the Venezia or liberty of the seas.
