Nothing justifies murder. If you’re not happy in your marriage or relationship for whatever reason, leave .. and if you have children, put your children’s best interests before yours. I feel sorry for this criminal’s children. Their mom was brutally taken away from them, and their dad will rotten in prison. The children will be traumatized for life.
The pain that he caused his own children the loss that they have suffered is Immeasurable While the media continues to glorify the case and we watch it from a distance I can only help but think about those poor children crying every single day waiting for their mom to come through the door not knowing she's never coming and then out of sheer fear they want their father not knowing hes a monster those poor kids..
Yeah well he was probably trauma bonding with them too after he caused the trauma some are old enough to talk they should be questioned with an encouraging gentle tone about things they experienced or witnessed themselves kids are not all stupid.
His searches alone are chilling and ridiculous. He was so worried about what had happened that he kept looking stuff up on his kids IPad. Poor children I feel so terrible for them. What an awful, awful human being. He shook his head right nice to say no I didn’t. But yes you did - your 3/4 or 6 year old did not look up these questions. How long before a body decomposes? What happens to hair when decomposes? Or can a body be identified if it has missing or broken teeth? Wow!
Having a Masters degree & he still committed a heinous crime against his wife, seemed to think he would get away with it. He wasn't all that smart & todays tools used to solve crimes are far more sophisticated becoming more so all the time!
It's scary for me to watch and to believe that I have known several people with Brian Walshe's demeanor and lack of emotional response. After having to deal with them, I cautioned myself to stay away because I could be of no help to them. Sadly, Ana Walshe may have realized too late that her husband was becoming increasingly mentally unstable. Pray for her soul and for all the members of her family. This is a terrible human tragedy.
Ok my goodness. Between the Idaho murders, the murder suicides in Utah and North Carolina, the massacre in California and all of the other senseless killings this has been an overwhelming November, December, and January.

Delusion doesn't spare the religious (quite the opposite, the fact that you see a man being tried and are talking about"demons" is a perfect example), and horrific crimes happen all the time in Christian homes.

He's clealry a psychopath. He smiled and laughed when he was arrested, and he showed no emotion while in court as they detailed the accusations of how he murdered his wife, and mother of his children.
How dare he take her life? The life of his children's mother, the life of her mother's daughter, the life of another human being. Was he jealous? Not only of her but of their friend who visited them. He seems so calm and positive. Maybe he felt like the loser he had always bern calked by his parents at that moment after he left their home and realized that he didn't have that great of a year to look forward to like Ana. He knew that he would be serving some time in prison for fraud and did not want anyone else to take Ana away from him. I think he saw their friend in competition with his manliness and husband/father role. He saw them sitting together on the bar stools and maybe he started to imagine that they were romantically involved. At this point, he has no real friends, estranged to family, so he was not so good at sensing somehow. Maybe Ana mentioned divorce? ... Maybe this outraged him even more and led him to believe his suspicions were right. He Googled a question about divorce. I believe, What is better state for divorce? When did the fire start on their recently sold house in Cohasset? I believe it was Ana sending a sign that she was being incinerated. I would like to know the approximate time frame when the bags and liners with body parts were incinerated. Wouldn't it be interesting and so spiritual if it were at the same time as the 🔥 fire? I think he didn't want anyone else to have her in his extended absence in prison and he didn't want to stand in her shadow somehow. I do believe their friend and Ana's demeanor and happiness with their friend triggered something in him very unapologetic that evening. Interestingly, we don't have any information as to why he threatened to kill her and her friends in DC earlier? Control and jealousy??
At best I killed ants and bees. I took Hurt animals in for care. Squirrels birds cats dogs. Yeah a normal person. Remember when you were a kid and you knew when somebody was weird. This case is insane, if he really did not want to be with her walk away why take someone elses life? With kids, and an entire family that loves this person to death. He's a monster, and I believe because he was already in trouble with the law his thought process is that he has nothing to lose. Does anyone else think their is mroe to the story, it sounds like he hated his wife...
These stories seem to end the same way. Either he killed her because: she knew too much she threatened to leave, or he took out a policy on her. The specific location of her body (or parts)is the only thing he has control over at this point, and because in his mind he “has to control” that, he ain’t about to tell nobody where it is.

This creep has done what so many men have done for centuries. Times have changed a lot. The difference is that with tech becoming more sophisticated, fewer people are getting away with it. Cameras are everywhere, forensic tools are becoming increasingly telling with broader accuracy. Nearly everything we do is being surveilled. Even when the crooks think that if they alter their appearance, it will be deceptive enough that no one will recognize them. Times have changed while so many criminals keep doing what has been done, in the way it has been done for centuries. The difference is that age old methods to cover up what the perp has done, are too weak, too obvious. Also, people are becoming less tolerant of crimes being committed against them and their loved ones & their property. Real life is often very different than the violent video games & movies. Perps can no longer commit crimes while others watch in horror, doing nothing.
If Brian was in prison instead of house arrest, Ana would have been alive and well. I wish she never married him as she was too good for him. She deserved much better than what she got from such a screwed up monster. Too bad, she had a terrible choice of men as with her good looks and a sweet personality, she obviously had a pick of men. Could have found Mr. Wonderful who would treat her right. Too bad, she hardly knew Brian when she first married him. She found out way too late! My heart goes out to her mother, her and Brian’s innocent children and their relatives. 😢

If they give this guy life in prison and not the death penalty our court system is entirely messed up for sure. This man should already be in jail not house arrest for his many crimes. If he was his wife would be alive. She would be alive if she decided to never marry him and live with him knowing of the criminal activities he did when married to him. It was her choice and now her children are without a mother and father. Just sick and sad.
Just get a divorce and move on with life. Why would you think that you could get away with something like this ? With such poor planning, the condition of his life (on bail awaiting sentencing) , his kids, and everything else going on in his life he really thought this was the best thing to do ? It's one thing to search up these kinds of things. Socity will frown on you but were not here on this earth to Please people and please society. That alone proves no guilt.
