Prosecuting attorney Will Jones has ruled that the shooting that killed Bryan Malinowski during an ATF raid was justified, according to Arkansas law. www.thv11.com/...
Exactly what I was going to say....we are living in tyrannical times, no doubt about that anymore. Our own government keeps providing the evidence to us that it is true.
Same thing for Ashli Babbitt. Case closed. If only they were both a different skin color. Usually when the police shoot someone we need a trial like the one for St. George Floyd.
It makes me sick that this outcome doesn't surprise me. Of course they won't be held accountable. As @hostilebogeyinbound says, WTH didn't they just arrest him at work? The guy held a high ranking, respectable position at the little rock airport for years. It's not like he was some drug addict in a rough neighborhood. Yet they have 20-30 agents do a no knock raid while it's still dark out, cut power to his house, tape over his ring dorbell cam, and none of the officers or agents happened to be wearing bodycams... and bust in knowing he owns guns. I don't blame the guy one bit for firing. How the hell could he have known it was a huge raid. I'd assume it was someone or a group of people trying to break in. Disgusting. But they got away with murder.
It seems like we're better off turning our homes into bunkers before an armory. Given these circumstances, the additional time provided by a custom reinforced front door would have given him sufficient time to determine the best course of action. Obviously, he shouldn't have been put into this situation to begin with. I personally find the lack of an arrest warrant disturbing. Especially since the ATF purposely chose to raid his home when he would be there with his wife.
Second by second break down says that we don't want to talk about how we planned a no knock predawn assault without cams on a guy who we knew had a very predictable schedule. Is this Arkansas atf dirty or general atf corruption / murder?
The self defense is a valid defense only if you aren't the initial aggressor. Kicking down the door disqualified that defense. The only witnesses for the agent are other agents who themselves may become guilty of murder if he's charged. This prosecutor just didn't want to prosecute an ATF agent. This is something a judge or jury should decide, not a prosecutor.
Also, just looked at the original video. There were no lights (not that they really matter). I heard no sirens on the brief audio from the camera that the ATF disabled. And a standard warrant requires that you wait a reasonable amount of time. 30 seconds is not reasonable. This prosecutor is full of lies.
Looks like that attorney is aspiring to work at one of our fine 3-letter federal agencies. Nothing Bryan did was against the letter of the law. Why did they not arrest him at his office? 20-30 officers just HAVE to kick down your door at the buttcrack of dawn instead of arresting you WHERE THEY KNOW YOU WILL BE. Sad day for Arkansas and America.
Well because he wasn't under arrest. They had a search warrant to search his house. They wanted to kill him so they did and Arkansas prosecutor thinks it's okay and it's Justified that assassinate whoever they want whenever
They can literally do whatever they want to citizens....then they just cover it up with false internal investigations that were never meant to seek the truth in the first place.
Regardless of how the prosecutor tries to play this , the shooting was not justified , because the unlawful procedure was the cause of the shooting . A search warrant does not constitute a home invasion . There was no arrest warrant . Taping the camera is tampering with evidence. We have laws to protect us from government overreach and to prevent such Agenies from taking vigilante political action against law abiding citizens. This was purely motivated by an emotional thrill an adrenaline rush by men who had a juvinile need for recognition and and to feel powerful. A need to serve excagerated force and the belief that thier justification for an infraction.of a law based on their warped interpretation clearly shows a motive of power lust .
So you show up at 6 in the morning (most people are awake by 7-8) startled the man who was probably just waking up if not still asleep. They proceed to ram the door for him to shoot through the door thinking its an intruder just to call HIM the bad guy in this situation? This 100% has over up written all over it.
Where’s the video footage of them “announcing themselves”? Oh wait, they have no camera footage except for the ring doorbell camera which they covered with tape. If they were so open about being police why did they cover his ring camera up? DA and prosecutor should be on trial as well.
Think if it was your house. 6:02 in the morning and someone smashes your front door open you grab your pistol beside your bed and defend your family from intruders. one minute later you are dead. Why? Because the ATF thought the best way to talk or arrest a person was by breaking down his door at 6:00 in the morning with riot shield and rifles drawn. They executed this man.
There is much more to this story than just someone selling guns. This goes much much deeper. This was a hit job by the Feds. This guy working at the airport, being involved in "sales" while working at an airport is beyond fishy. I would wager this dives into human trafficking, drugs, guns and money. Dirty.
Yeah, this was definitely a hit. Otherwise they would have gone through with the earlier "search" that they called off when he wasn't there. "Risk Assessment" my ass...
For all of the people who keep saying it was a No Knock warrant, please reference the warrant face sheet and find where the judge authorized it and checked the box so we can all see it??? It should be right under the time of service provision.
You mean the DA that didnt like him because he fired a relative of his and also worked with the atf previously and determined that the raid was justified.
The prosecutor is in bed with those criminals. By the the goverment already said that selling his firearms wasnt illegal becaue he had a $200k income already.
Attn: atf criminals, Please be aware that what you did in the Unconstitutional and illegal attack on an American citizen’s home in lLittle Rock, Arkansas is not what you think that it is. You think that your issue is with your fellow citizens for killing an American citizen in his own home, but you are fully and completely deluded! Your issue is with the God of ALL Creation who said, “In as much as you have done it unto one of the least of these, my brethren, you have done it unto me”! For those of you who do not know what is coming, not from your fellow citizens, but from God Almighty, is His Wrath. You will remember, when you are agonizing in constant torment, that I told you beforehand and you could have stopped, repented of all of your sins and you could have avoided eternal damnation…, but you would not! Good luck with that! REPENT! The Kingdom of Heaven is at Hand!
Yup, 6 a.m. I believe? They had called off an earlier "search" because he wasn't there. Then chose to kick in the guy's door in the early hours after they had cut his power to make visibility worse. Then when the guy tried to defend himself (and they KNEW he had guns) against who he thought were violent intruders? They killed him. And the kicker? They didn't even have an arrest warrant, just a search warrant. There were so many ways they could have done this non violently, but chose the worst way possible.
Bet you didn’t hear in mainstream media…. this was pre dawn, at home, they cut power to home, they put tape over ring doorbell, & none wore body cams…. They could’ve easily peacefully arrested him at work or searched the home when no one was there (on the 12th as originally planned actually)…. But they did not. I think you have more pieces to the puzzle now.
