Compelled stretch tight neck & trapazoid muscles.. felt huge energy release🤷🏻♀️saw stars come together bright white gold light, became slightly disoriented braced hands wall so not to fall in bathtub with salt water, feet stong tingling as lights swirled away, been couple hours still floating a bit🤩, was amazingly physically felt, plus usual mental peace! This session was incredible. Thank you for having this online. I came across you lower back pain video yesterday. Then, this today. I was down in bed doing the meditation when my ten year old daughter walked in and covered my with a mostly white blanket and kissed on the forehead. That was such a confirmation.
