Maste co this is one of the best lessons for me. I truly needed to hear this, and to reflect on situations in my current life and what led to this. Thank you so much. It’s been a tough journey but I continue to do the meditations daily. Some days are better and some days I need to repeat them several times. If it were not for your teachings and lessons depression would have set in. Am grateful to you for offering these free of charge.
Damm this was an epic learning, yes it was hard to hear! yes there are areas i need to work on. That energy was so strong! i cant remember you precise words, yet that exercise to scan my basic chakra showed what was happening and past & old thought forms can make me spiral if im not careful! check our finances, check your backups. I look forward to the time when Master Stephen Co will let go of the sarcasm when teaching. Not all of us think in low frequency terms all the time, and even if we do, we are doing it out of programming and trauma. Compassion and respect go a long way. I've had to move to other teachers who are more respectful and are less skilled in healing as a result. Blessings 🤲🏾 I've learned the hard way not to be sarcastic. Feels more like exasperated urgency. A person reached a place of receiving knowledge and what blocks it's application. I think he wants to get to the point and to allow others to get to the point by stripping the illusions. Admittedly harsh at times. I take what resonates and leave the rest.

Thank you again. I retired from my proper job years ago and have been working ever since and thank goodness for the fact that work has never dried up because with life changing events, the pandemic and massive personal losses I would have been up the Swanee without a paddle. These meditations have provided an extra paddle. Thank you.
I absolutely resonate with today's lesson. I believe if we don't push ourselves to master our craft and don't fully max out on our potential, we are doing a disservice to our community. Only with great discipline can we become abundant. Only with great abundance can we help and serve those who cannot help themselves.

After 20 years of working in a certain place I am on my way to leave and start my own business, really terrified of fear. Fearing uncertainty about what the future will bring financially
I work 12 to 16 hours per day. If I take a day off I'm seen as lazy. I feel lazy, but I get awful headaches. I might fair out better as a pranic healer. I'm trying to afford to become one. Single parent syndrome. Love your videos. I'll be training with Rohit in London.

I'm not lazy but people here in academic Cambridge are non believers in energy healing. I'm now a home carer for the elderly. That's great and I'm certainly not lazy.
I know there are many was to heal yourself, this practice is outstanding and works. Thank you for your no bs approach to healing. Just wondering tho, I have some issues with nerve damage to my hearing, do you have a healing meditation for this? Namaste
