I was told by someone once “You don’t get rewarded for harming yourself” depression is an energy of self-harm/hatred. You ARE worthy of a beautiful life. You ARE a child of God and meant to be magnificent. The key is to just to do this meditation everyday and the divine energy will rush through you and help to flush out the negative energy. Also practice speaking more nicely to yourself and supporting yourself…be sure to get exercise and feed your body good foods. ❤️ sending you so much love and light! I am on the same journey

Practice moving your awareness all around your body. Energy flows where attention goes. Prana is very real! Ive only been "activated" ten months and sometimes it feels like I have a blowhole on top my head. Try locating a muscle knot or soreness and dissolve it with only attention and intention.
Dear Master Co, can you please give some lectures on relationships? Whether bf/gf, spouse, family, friends. When people test us, how much of it is what we can do to help, and how much of it is wishing them good luck and stepping away? I have followed your meditations since last year and have found them very life changing, energy felt a lot freer in areas of finance and self esteem (still have work to do but this helped to make momentum a lot easier). This year I was disappointed by a person I was seeing (he has a lot of old emotional wounds to deal with and was projecting it on me, which took me by surprise), and since a couple of months ago I found it very difficult to stay focused and be a self starter in meditation again. I'd like to restart meditation again but my thoughts are running endlessly on the same replay. So annoying -___-
See if you think she is doing her past emotional vomits on you after this meditation regularly blesss her with tremendous amount of living energy for a longer time because it will really neutralize her negative emotions coming towards you
The moment she starts vomiting on you step aside and touch your heart centre in between your chest and mentally project from your heart pink loving energy mentally say God's peace and love be with you and me and see the result

Is it possible for me to perform “Pranic healing” to my wife who has very low self - esteem? She has been too negative for waaaaaaaay too long, it has to stop. Does it also work with meditation with Twin Heart when I think of her when I bless the world & her? Thank you
Yes definitely after doing twin heart meditation wich Master Co is doing you can bless your wife with love happiness and imagine her doing the right thing you can definitely change the energy and of course healing will do the miracle

If it's physical one then obvsly contact the Otherities or if it's non physical but extreem then do this meditation regularly and after doing the meditation bless him with lots of love imagine pink and golden loving light is envolping him but you have to do it daily

That is because when you igore something the energy of anger goes back to the person from you it like hitting a wall with ball and that thing gets double in her .... So the best option is when you ignore her next timetap you heart with your hand and mentally project living energy towards her and silently say many times that God's peaceamd love be with her and me
