Amazing video. Been dealing with CPPS for a year and I've learned so much about men's health. It's been a journey, and I know I still have a long way to go, and your videos are helping me along the way
Glad I can be of help brother. Men’s health has truly been neglected for the last couple of decades. We’ve gotta take care of ourselves and each other.
I get this sometimes for 1 week to 4 weeks, i got it now i have a inflammatory disease, i got this before a 2 week hike and on the hike i eat about 60 - 80 wild blueberries and good mineral water and after 3 days it was gone for a year
Yea this is absolutely an inflammatory condition that’s instigated or worsened by stress, environmental toxins, food toxins & sensitivities + postural imbalances. Are you confident this won’t come back for you or is that still a concern?
Great video. A little over a year ago, two weeks after recovering from Covid19, I suddenly had prostitatis symptoms. Went to doctors to get all the tests with the final diagnosis of chronic non bacterial prostatitis. I was on vacation when the symptoms began, so no stress. I regularly ran for exercise so was in moderate physical shape. I have had a quite health low carb diet many years. Afterwards I became more strict with my diet. I have tried all the exercises that are suggested. A month ago I started taking tumeric and raw garlic. These supplements seem to slightly alleviate the pain, but still hoping for better days ahead.
Hmmm I would look into your running form. It may be helpful to get a posture assessment. If there’s even a slight difference between left and right side it’ll be exaggerated during gait cycle. Something to look into. A few people mentioned symptoms after covid so I’m not entirely sure what the connection is. Stay positive and strong man
I do thank you for sharing your experience. It helped me x off prostatitis even thou my doc never mentioned it. I'm 60 so doc wants to test for hiatal hernia for me next, I found stretching my sciatic nerve would take away the pain in my groin area. Doc still wants hernia test whatever because my pains gone so checking doesn't cost me anything.
@@fitalfa You know you're right. I stopped my big ball set-ups last year because I got sick. I did start bend overs, but I need setups too. Thanks for the encouragement.
Hey friend! What if I get positive cultures from 2021 to 2023 I had 10 cultures 4 out of 10 times it showed Enterococcus faecalis with bacterias in the urine sediment. I had been to several urologist one of them said I have to go to dermatologist STI 4 panel negative 3 times. They prescribed me a lot of sh*t. Several types of antibiotics cipro, levo etc. I had an acute thing in 2020 summer for sure antibiotics (cipro) worked for that and then after few months later these chronic symtoms came (frequent urination at first then later on I couldn't empty my bladder fully, felt dyscomfort most of the time down there and pain near the anus. I just don't know if this is bacterial or not, my current doctor says even tho it shows bacteria it is non bacterial then he prescribes me antibiotics again I told them they didn't work in the past. It makes no sense to me what he is doing/saying. What is your opinion about this? Maybe just CPPS after the acute prostatitis or chronic bacterial prostatitis? I have chronic telogen effluvium too and never had hair loss before this disease.
Yea an initial infection can have longer lasting “CPPS symptoms” after for many people. The doctors approach doesn’t make sense & does more harm than good. I would prioritize gut health, sleep, movement & reducing stress in all forms. Antibiotics blow out the gut & probiotics can help rebalance it. That’s the short general answer. I’ve got more resources in the description that you can look into as well
If it doesn’t add more stress or worsen your symptoms then keep doing it. This is more for people who clench while lifting and/or have muscle imbalances that worsen pelvic tension. Make sense?
@@rodrigoturcios593 Typically this would be assessed with a physical therapist or a qualified corrective exercise specialist, as it isn't a medical diagnosis & often ignored by most medical professionals. It's something we can do virtually if you don't know or can't find anyone in your area. Clenching the jaw and/or butthole lol. They're close in our brain map of the body & tend to tense up together. Entry & exit points of food might have something to do with it.
Those symptoms fall under that too but the label is irrelevant. It sounds like pelvic tension especially with tight hamstrings. Have you gotten your posture assessed in the last year?
What if i have a penile tip infection as well along with burning ,back and left side stiffness on and off...All STD tests, urine analysis, urine culture and usg came negative.....My doctor says it can be infection in semen..and prescribed Bacstol and tamsulosin for 30 days..What exactly am i going through???
This is not uncommon. I can't comment much on your situation without learning more. Check out the resources in the description & book a consult if you need more questions answered.
Initially yes, that’s what brought on the physical pain & a lot of anxiety. There’s much more to the story that I’ve covered in other vids too + solutions to everything I dealt with
Diagnosed with prostatitis 3 years ago, had 2 operations to remove hemangioma from penis, every possible test imaginable, no bacteria no std, pain went from 7,8 to now 1,2 but still have heat and pain at mid bottom penis, I'll try exercising but it's very strange pain.oh I eat good, no smoke no alcohol am 55 work as a carpenter and take all the good supplements.
That’s a massive drop in pain 💪🏻 the rest could be due to nerve memory or good ol stress. You’d be amazed at how MUCH we unconsciously hold on to from the past that shows up as muscle tension, illness, IBS etc. Feel free to check into the resources in the description if you feel stuck & want to learn more.
