This channel shares my personal recovery from pelvic pain, low back injury and other health challenges both physical and psychological. As a corrective exercise specialist, yoga teacher, somatic release therapist and NLP master coach I made it my mission to help men (& women) overcome chronic pain and heal their bodies from the inside out.
I’ve been struggling with this since 2020 and to this day I’m still struggling to start to urinate, I don’t have a lot of pain but I still feel it sometimes. I’ve been to several doctors who keep saying that there is no problem and only one of them prescribed an antibiotic that I had to take for 10 days and during those 10 days I was craving water like crazy but I felt an improvement, when I got back to the doctor and explained how I was feeling better he refused to keep me on the antibiotic because according to him 10 days should’ve cleared up any infection in my prostate. My quality of life has gone down significantly since this problem began…💔
About 30 years ago around my late 20s, early 30s, I was starting to get a pain, tightening or heavy feeling in the anus. Felt like there was a something in there. When I stood for a decent amount of time, it would get real painful. Did a self check, didnt see anything like hemoroids. Finally, after several weeks of pain, went to the doc. He did an finger check of prostate and a visual of the anus. Everything checked out normal. He said if I wanted, he would refer me to a colorectal surgeon. I made an appointment with the surgeon for an in office exam. I told him of the problem. He ran the camera in about a foot and then told me to get dressed and go to his office. When I went in there, he said he found everything absolutely normal. He then asked me if I had been stressed out lately, what kind of job I had, etc. Then he went into a file in a cabinet and pulled out a sheet of paper and told me to read it and see if it applies to me. The paper talked about stressful jobs, family problems, spouse issues, worried about health issues. I told him yes, the fast paced stressful job and ex-girlfriend and now worried about my health definitely apply to me. He then told me we will try that avenue first. He game me some pills to try. Dont remember what they were but, I do remember I had to let them dissolve under my tongue. After a couple weeks, the symptoms were 95% gone. I knew then it was stress causing the tightness thus the pain.
Thank for the video can you do Till us the caroprActor/ physical therapy that help you and can you make a video of the exercises the help you out with your problems please and thank you and this video been very helpful
Absolutely not. Stretching in general may only give temp relief but long term I don’t recommend. Trigger point release therapy works better. Find a massage therapist & start working with them on your trigger points & posture. Watch my other vids on gut health too
I had a UTI 3 weeks ago and it spread to my prostate even after antibios. I have horseshoe kidneys so for me it's a bit more of an emergency, so I took it very seriously. I started doing kegels, pelvic thrusts and a lot of lower body exercise (I was in a very sendatary phase, not moving a lot, no exercise) Within two days, I feel almost completely fine. No more anti biotics. Also, if you have a GF, tell her to let it heal, cause that also didn't help. 2 days exercise and no sex, and I'm fine. I ate tons of ginger, garlic and blueberries. I let my gut heal by not eating a lot. Basically you can heal yourself.
Apparently drinking alcohol while on antibiotics makes it useless, and will not work, is it true... I was feeling better after days of treatment, drank a bottle of wine, and it came back literally the next day?
It can work better than static stretching & if it’s targeted movement to address myofascial restrictions (tension, tightness, trigger points) then it can alleviate a looooooot of stress, anxiety & pain. It’s what I’ve been using for myself & clients.
It can certainly cause a lot of issues. The good news is it’s all within our control & by changing certain behaviors, we can change our health & life for the better & pretty quickly too
I did. It’s not as easy as that. Found out I had too many of certain “good strains” & had to balance them out more with food & avoiding junk & toxins. Did a video with my test results on that
Dr Kaufman's book The Fungus Link saved me. I insisted my Dr prescribe me an antifungal - apo terbinafine - I believe. My issues started improving within two weeks. My condition was also caused by antibiotics
Me too victim of chronic prostatitis since 5 years i loss all hope but finally i saw your video in youtube that in the age of 27 a man recovered from prostatitis then i got little hope i did all things as you did in pass i just want to know as i took anti biotic it helps me 80% and time go further it become less effective so now i tried to do pelvic pain thrapy exercises prostate massage along as you said in video .do i have to take antibiotic or not beside it help me little while exercising n therapy time in comming days.My symptoms are same yours nothing different.after Ejaculation more pain in urination pelvi pain inflammation in ever pee ...😢😢😢😢or how can I talk you personally do you have messenger facebook or do on?
I suffer of the same pathology and find very good results by taking daily probiotics. Prostathitis is strongly correlated with gut issues. It is very likely that prostate is the victim here. So treat the cause (the gut), not the effect (the prostate).
It’s not uncommon for certain symptoms to come back, but once you’ve addressed the root cause lower, chronic inflammation and regulated your nervous system, the pain will subside on its own. Ironically, part of illuminating the pain is relinquishing the fear of the pain coming back and excepting the reality that it might.
@@user-nx1pm2tq7v it’s hard to say since I was spinning in circles for a couple of years. I had everything that could go wrong contribute to the problem. Anyone can find relief almost instantly with the right tools & have long term relief within a week or two. We’re just misguided on what to do.
It depends on each person so we can’t say. What helps is channeling the energy into other things like movement, work, studying, creative endeavors etc so you’re not just sitting there with more than usual sexual energy waiting to feel better lol.
After three months of multiple oral antibiotics with no improvement I went to a hospital emergency room. I was given an IV antibiotic cephtriaxone and sent home with an Rx for 21 additional days of ciprofloxin. Within just 12 hours of the cephtriaxone the improvement was dramatic. I've been fine for 27 months now. Keeping my fingers crossed. During my difficult months I was able to get substantial relief from over the counter AZO for UTI pain as well as ibuprofen. BTW, AZO will turn your urine dark red or orange! You might want to stick with dark underwear while taking it. I hope this info helps some of you guys. Best of luck! Jim
First time I did this Mt stomach started vibrating like crazy and a bunch of old memories came up. Second time I tried it I could feel all the tension that I held in my jaw that I was completely unaware of. It's powerful stuff!
