This is so crystal clear ! Thank you. And he is correct in saying that the truth always lies somewhere in the middle. I always need to revisit the clearest philosophy of nutrition because my perspective get skewed over time by things like keto, low carb, carnivore etc etc etc.

And im actually really glad you pointed out GG on glucose cuz my experience was i started following her a long time ago and all of a sudden started to get so hyper focused on my blood sugar spiking ( ive had years of A1c tests and insulin resistance tests and theyve always came back normal healthy range) but i just got so concerned to the point i was testing my glucose every morning and even looked in CGMs. Then i kinda just got my head out of my A** and was like what am doing lol and stopped following and obsessing. Sure she may be great for diabetics or pre diabetics but idk that she advertises that this is who her page is directed for. I never saw anything mentioning that so i assumed it was for everyone. So i really appreciate you bringing this up!

Fats super important for your brain as it’s made of the stuff. I’m no expert but I whole heartily believe memory issues are the result of low fat diets.
Agreed! I almost fainted 😅 not only aspartame but whatever Splenda is made from kills your microbiome. This is super crazy advice… that I will not be taking 😂
