I genuinely appreciate your efforts and you are not at all insecure about anything. A trainer or a fitness professional will hardly discuss these things in detail or make a video on this topic. Trainer will teach you workout basics but not nutrition basics. Wonderful video Jeet Ji.

I have a workout plan but I have started using your techniques to work our different muscle part and trust me the activation and the feel of the muscle is way better than it ever was, there were so many exercises I was doing wrong or should say not the way it is supposed to.. Hi sir I just checked your video.. it's very inspirational and full of hope.. in following diet plan for two months and for two weeks I go gym as well for cardio workout.. in initial month I reduced 5 kg. I was at 85 now it's 80. But after a month weight is constant. I do evening shift. So I take lemon water approx 11 am in morning then at 12 I take kellogs oats or corn flakes.. at 2 I go gym.. and from 3 onwards o start my office. Between 4 and 5 I take my lunch, same as you mentioned apart from eggs BCS I'm vegetarian.. then around 7 I take one apple of juice.. at 9 I eat sprouts..I reach home at 1 n feel so hungry so I sometimes take poha or masala oats ya khichdi or daal. During day I take green tea or black coffee as well. Can you please suggest me how can I tonify my body structure

I knew which foods I need to eat to lose weight, but I didn't know how much. Diet plan I got from Agoge Diet contains portion sizes for every meal. Fantastic!

great info jeet sir!! keep up your great job. According to your last video on counting maintenance calories, I wanted to ask whether our maintenance calories change after a bulk and cut cycle. If yes,then how to calculate it? thanks in advance!

Yes absolutely, as I mentioned M. calories are not constant and will vary according to you weight, activity level and age. Key- Always recalculate it by using the same method as explained in the video.

Hi Jeet..u r doing a great job.. I Workout in early morning (around 6 am) due to busy schedule..can u pls let me know what is the best food to consume 30 to 40 mins before Workout..so that the energy level is good.. can I add Amino energy before Workout?..and also what's ur take on consuming multivitamin with spirulina..

1.Oat meal (Combined with protein) at least an hour prior to workout. 2.Amino Energy- As a Pre workout or Intra workout. 3. Definitely yes for Multivitamins, any good brand from pharmacy.

sir ye btayain ki kitne gram fat, protein or carb chahiye hote total calories ke according mtlb 3000 cal ke kitne % carb or fat le protein to weght ke according laite hain jaise aapne btaya but abhi tak kise ne ye nhi btayan ki kitne % carb or fat lena chahiye iss topic pe to kisi ne video nhi bnayi aaj tak
