Recipe Ingredients :
1) Chalupa Shell ingredients :
Wheat flour - 200 grams
Plain flour - 2 Tbsp
Baking powder - 1/4 Tsp
Salt - 1 Tsp As per taste
Oil - 2 Tsp
Milk - 150 ml (approx 3/4 cup)
Oil - For deep frying
2) Black beans filler ingredients:
Green capsicum - 1/4
Yellow Bell pepper - 1/4
Red / Orange bell pepper - 1/4
Boiled corn - 1/3 cup
Black olives - 3 Tbsp
Gherkins - 2 Tbsp
Jalapeños - 2 Tbsp
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Salsa dip - 2 Tsp
Boiled Black beans - 200 grams
Mexican seasoning - as per taste
3) Lettuce salad
Lettuce - 2 cups approx
Coriander - Handfull
Lime juice - 1 Tbsp
4) Tomato salsa
Salad Tomato - 2 no’s
Salt - Sprinkle as per taste
Black pepper - Sprinkle as per taste
Olive oil - 1 Tbsp
5) Cream spread
Sour cream - 3 Tbsp
Eggless Mayo - 2 Tsp
