I started at around 230lbs. I've stayed right around that weight, 225-230lbs for the last 7 months that I've been lifting. It's wild because my strength has gone up drastically and consistently. Body definitely looks different. Still have some fat on me but it's nice hearing that I'm going in the right direction. Slow and steady wins the race.

I believe you. I was 186lbs in Jan '23 and INCREASED my cardio and gained muscle mass, no bullshit, to 196lbs in Apr '23. I was doing 20 mins post-workout of treadmill, to running in the sun 4-5 times a week at 45+mins, and GAINED muscle mass. Idk why exactly, but the only thing I changed was increasing my protein intake to 200g/day for that timeframe. So yeah, I believe it.

Unfortunately involves eating foods Like way more than u think and are comfortable doing As a former skinny dude (sexxy luckily) Then back and forth between skinny and I guess biggish at one point Ha know the feeling though It could be worse though On the other end

Your BBing physique shape (w/ abs) is basically the SAME +20lbs or +90lbs, when gained w/ proper training (ex. form, pace, muscle lengths, techniques, exercise selection, rep#s & total volume..). Countless guys believe once they’re 250lbs they’ll “look like a BBer”. Nope. Once some (~20lbs) true muscle tissue fills in, you have a very good idea of their SHAPE @+5-15yrs from that point. **some take longer bc they’re behind in knowledge, effort, both; they continue to work on their physique (often focused on ❌PEDs/scale wt. VS. ✅lifting IQ/skill/form/adv.techs) to improve significant missing parts & detail from incomplete training.

Large% of BBers, thus they’ve been in the game a bit, will come to EVERY CONCLUSION before admitting their training absolutely is GARBAGE. **It’s a personal Ego thing, to ask them to correct their non-existent form & 12 other issues on Rows (which means ⬇️ weight by ~50%, OMG) is beyond their grasp. Dropping the EGO, is a major BBing hurtle & milestone that so few ever clear--> lack of development & more injuries😮

IF you’re doing 95% things correctly (~5% of gym goers; just their training 273lbs (20-100x knowledge of human body, medicine, nutrition, mechanics, of true sacrifice/work, made premed honors@top 50 Uni, seem easy=big changes, +93lbs). *Knowledge/BBing IQ + mental shift dictates shape/look/gains > impact > Gear dosage, scale wt.
