@@michelleapple1214 that's a pretty common response from a 1st phone call. On average it will take a few phone calls before they are open and honest. We've got a lot of clients that have onboarded a handful of clients in Sept. As the rates fell in the market so did the service. There are a lot of opportunities out there to provide capacity and better service!
