For Impauldio's future support, I could see something that lets you toolbox from your gauge. Could also get an in archetype counter charge, that could put itself to gauge as part of its cost. Could even see something stacks a non heal/non over trigger from the gauge on top of the deck, just to guarantee some bite to those drive checks, though that seems less likely as ever with Eldobreath as a factor. Also love that the place where Impauldio fights is a special Nova Grapple venue called the specifically made for them.
I could definitely see the deck's multi-attack coming from a gauge call after the VG attacks or something. Plus it could give you a card you want to gauge.
Lmaooo what a game. Both decks being a mix of offense and defense really highlights both since it was a grindfest all the way till the end. Excited to get the new Bastion support.
Very nice to see Bastion again but I am really looking forward to trying out Impauldio. The play style of taking a couple of hits to build power without using hand is very interesting while also setting up your next turn really intrigues me because its stuff I do more times than I like 🤣
44:01 Actually 5 blanks thanks to the RG :P I heard some people were trying to cook with putting the B-Heroes engine in Impauldio to further deck thin. What's your opinion on that?
I think I just realized what Impauldio's divine skill means with him being the fastest. His divine skill gives him 1 crit and 2 drives, the same stats if you were to attack normally. I think he attacks so ast he's able to turn 2 separate attacks into one single near simultaneous attack
I was definitely wrong about the shield guy for Bastion hes really good. Shame I cant say the same for the booster unit. Might as well still play Skylizen
Filip, 35:00 let just say u only play 1 blitz order, can you completely guard that turn normally? Also this is just one game, usually you guys can play 2 games for hour.
yeah Bastion needed defense grade 3 because holy crap the deck is more offense and not much defense. i really hope we get a better ride line. I like using Blaster Ride for Bastion just for the twin drive at grade 2.
Was expecting Bastion vs Bruce because the 2 have been duking it out since the start of oD but seeing drive check vs drive check was fun in its own way. Impauldio (however its spelled) hits really high number. I doubt this deck will ever get multi attack because just 1 more attack with the numbers it hit is lethal. I'm expecting a faster way to build gauge and toolboxing the gauge in future support.
@@iqhmalRedux yeah no this deck need multi attack. The reason even the deck got a chance in the meta is because shojodoji hate this deck so much. Shiranui definitely gonna smoke impauldio, and prison definitely destroy impauldio
I feel like that a contradiction, cause if you are solid you don’t really need help Its more the line of, it could be even better with some help But i do agree , shojo is a problem, and this is the direct solution
@@TopDeckHeroes usually is genuinely most of the times. Like dear lord this deck has hand issues if you are unlucky with triggers. The deck definitely needs a lot of help to be good. Now the deck is being carried by the fact shojodoji is top meta and the deck got hard counter with impauldio
Ah impauldio, genuinely the most interesting deck in divine Z because the deck is, in its core, is bad, just it live in a meta where its gimmick genuinely thrives. The deck genuinely lives and die by the triggers. The only reason people bring this up as the meta is simple. This guy hard wall shojodoji, THE top dog meta now. So if shojodoji isnt meta anymore this deck suddenly extremely bad and need a 4th attacker, preferably a call from drop, and if we went ham. Another drive check for good measure. Truly the unga bunga the deck
See this is where being of few words doesn’t help you Cause if you are talking about the shield card, again, we made proof why it actually does help the deck, just take instances where it was used and ask how much more shield would it have taken, and what Grade the VG was But if your talking about the give boost card, oh them you absolutely right, it shit, there is better options, we just SHOWCASED IT, cause thats what we do here, probably won’t run it in an actual deck, but again, video does show that it could work sometimes
