Prucalopride is a serotonin receptor-4 (5-HT-4) agonist indicated for chronic idiopathic constipation. It is a highly selective agent on these receptors and have less risk of hepatotoxicity.
Which one are the difference between prucalopride and cisapride?. Baded on what i have read, prucalopride doesn't cause cardiac problem but is less effective on wall gut but target more colon than cisapride that targets whoke gut. Correct my if i have said something wrong. I am here to learn.
