@@ToxicFruitSnack It's not cringe if you understand love. I feed my dog, give him water, play with him, and take him to the vet when he's sick because I love him. That's not cringe right?
Yep, this is accurate. Because in reality it wasn't a single sound mixed down, it was separate tracks playing back at the right time. I must admit I found it pretty cool when I first learned that.
@@owoo6 haha. Remember when your buddy would put the disc upside down after swapping discs like GAAHH Dont do that!~ Or god forbid the wrong disc case storage 🙄
Pretty accurate! One thing that could improve it, I don't know if you used it or not (sounds like you used Fruity Reeverb), but there's actually a free vst plugin that's supposed to emulate the PS1's reverb effects.
interesting fact: PS1 intro is a bunch of a sounds and sound effects that BIOS pathes and plays in the correct place, so if u corrupt BIOS rom in emulator or real version u also corrupt a startup intro
I mean this is a pretty damn good rendition but still if I heard it sound like that I am immediately powering off and wiping the disc on my t-shirt (causing more scratches than there were previously)
The bells are a bit wrong, but they're very hard to get right. I've attempted to recreate this sound a couple times, once with Audacity, once with LMMS, but the bells never sound quite right.
