This PS4 slim had no usb activity. No controller would work I’m safe mode or regular mode. If this is the case your South Bridge ic needs to be replaced. I pulled this ic from a donor board and attempted to reball it. Failed it on the video. And of course it worked perfect the very next time.
I am not an expert and my videos are unedited but maybe this will help out a few of my fellow techs, at the very least it will give you a good chuckle.
