I think the disc edition of the PS5 will go down to $449 and the disc-less PS5 Pro will be $549. Sony is still doing whatever to avoid $600+ PSVR2 benefits will be great!

The purpose of it is for people like me, who guessed that they would launch an upgraded version and my PS4 backlog is large enough that I could use the extra years to save up and wait for a Pro PS5.

I mean what's the point are games going to really look better? No. They are not going to make games for the ps5 and ps5 pro just one game that runs on both maybe there will be a mode you can select for better fps ect but nothing major shouldn't the og ps5 been able to do 120fps? It's like they sold us a bunch of promises that only the ps5 pro can really deliver. I'd suggest if they are going to be doing pro versions to just wait for the pro version and not get the reg one. Once gta 6 gets to market will see a huge jump in sales of consoles since it will only be on console for the first year or so. I know I'll be getting one just for that.

[Comment on the high number of PlayStation gamers still on PS4 - except I'm not a PlayStation owner myself - not exactly anyway - I recently got a PS5 and am waiting for a TV to plug it into, and hoping the PS5 Pro doesn't give me buyer's remorse - and a flatmate just bought a PS4 second hand].

Re: 17:17 - Jordan, if you have a PS5 and then later get a PS5 Pro, you can take your disc drive off of your PS5 and attach it to your PS5 Pro, ^_^. At least...I presume you'll be able to...!?

If Sony is revealing the PlayStation 5 pro in September, then what’s gonna happen to the 2 switch reveal? I really hope it doesn’t get pushed back.

Where was this question when MS announced their 4th version of a system that already doesn't sell. Hating the King of the Mountain isn't cool, it's rather lame. Bunch of Lemmings in gaming now. Very sad.

There is no point in this system it will be irrelevant in less than 2 years after launch if it even exists tbh
