You connect the Xbox controller to your iPhone or iPad via wi-fi download the app ps remote play, when you sign into the ps remote play with your controller connected to the iPhone and make sure your PlayStation is also on the same wi-fi network
Bro I done this step by step 3 times I made sure my ps5 not on LAN and everything , and on the ps remote app it’s just sitting there searching for forever
There is very minimum input lag, campaign games will be just fine, if you’re gonna play online I would use the console controller. If you have a good wi-fi connection input lag is not too noticeable.
Correct even though it works pretty good, but not good enough for competitive play. Just like it’s better to use lan Ethernet connection rather than wireless connection. But if you have no other option it will do just fine.
I found this one adapter that lets you play with an xbox controller on the PS5. But some games won't allow me to use it there's a message that shows up in the right hand corner saying you can not play this game using this controller. I wondering if the developer's program some type of detection thing inside their game to allow it to detect controllers that are not PS5.
@@juannuno9069 I wouldn't play competitive online games using this method, better to have a direct wired connection than through a wireless one; Imma probably order a universal adapter in the future.

Do we have the sign in to playstation on our console or on the app? Also when you say Bluetooth are you talking about we have to Bluetooth the controller to our phone or tablet?

do not put youconsole to wifi let it be on land due to how much faster the connection is the console wont make a diffrence between lan / wifi since 1 is local network via csble 1 is local network without a cable
@@hoodeddragons it does i always use it on lan, and would never go 2 devices wifi as mentioned neither the app nor the ps4 / 5 directly connects to your device its connecting about your networking device (router || dhcp server) since it has the routing table for the devices inside the local network. same goes if you use it outside your local network
