Psalm 78: Filling the Generation Gap 

If you could leave your kids or grandkids with just one thing when you die what would it be? We all know that you can’t take anything with you when you pass, but what would you want to leave behind? That is the question we will try and answer today as we continue our Summer in the Psalms series. Psalm 78 is unlike any of the other Psalms we have looked at so far. It is a historical Psalm recounting some of the key moments of Israel’s history going from the Exodus to the crowning of King David. This history is to show us the faithfulness of God when His people continually mess up and to remind us to share the story of God’s deliverance, guidance, and provision with the next generation.
