Surprise! I am back with a new Prehistoric Kingdom video after a looong break! Prehistoric Kingdom is released for all of you guys to enjoy today in an early access stage and I was lucky enough to get an early access to... an early access of this w wonderful game! So big thanks to Crytivo for that!! Today, it is time to start a new series where we will build a prehistoric zoo that will include all the animals that are currently available in the game! So let's kick things off with a Psittacosaurus Enclosure! Hope you guys will enjoy the video! 🦖
Prehistoric Kingdom provides a modern take on the tycoon simulator genre, focused on the creation and management of your very own prehistoric-themed zoo. Fun facts about psttacosaurus: Its one of the best preserved dinosaurs,with a very detailed mummy fossil,preserving quills,skin impressions and even pigmentation Because of this,we know its actual coloration in real life

I do remember your first video series in Alpha, what progress you have made! I am very happy to hear you enjoy playing these games because of the animals too. In the end, that will keep you building all these different kinds of habitats. Don't worry about producing continuous content, that's for when they start paying you hahah. For real though, just play and share with us whatever game you feel like, whatever kind of interaction with viewers you enjoy more

I'm so excited to see what you can do with this game, sadly I'm going to have to wait a few more months before I can play it myself. Also, the "types" are actually species. What people usually refer to as dinosaur species such as Tyrannosaurus, of Triceratops are actually the genus names. Something prehistoric kingdom does really well is provide both genus and species names, so in this case Psittacosaurus mongoliensis is a unique species from the other two Psittacosaurus species. Just to clear up the confusion :)

12:15 Hello Cesar Creates, I want to share something to you. Psittacosaurus is a "Genus", which means it has some "Species". "Subspecies" is a clade below Species.

I know this little dinosaur from the game "The Isle" and everyone I know just calls it "Tacco" xD It´s the smallest disnosaur in the game, I guess. I love the way we can change the size of rocks and pillars and so much more pieces

Great start! Will love seeing your builds for PK, I do wonder if they can break the glass? It will be challenging to build for these animals, most are either big or armored or very dangerous 😁

To angielsku Psitakozaur (Psittacosaurus) się wymawia "Sy-Tako-So-Res" (czy coś takiego), a po polsku "Psi-Tako-Zaur" (To było łatwe, ale w tej nazwie "si" nie czyta się jak "ś"). Nie jestem na ciebie zły, dużo osób z anglojęzycznych krajów nie umie tego wymówić

@@CesarCreates Yes, you pronounced it correctly my friend. And as you said in the video, many English speakers struggle to pronounce to these names - that's because they're Latin, not English haha

@@NanuqEditzS Very true, nowadays scientific naming convention is more open to other languages. But they are still predominantly Latin (and Greek actually, forgot to mention that).

@@CesarCreates The issue resolved itself on its own. I guess steam had a lot of purchases for the game at the time of release so some transactions didn't go through. Now I can finally build an enclosure for the fluffy deinocheirus :)

I don't think it a good thing have glass and rock barrier. I mean they can escape easily it can very dangerous for visitors.

I mean they are small herbivores that definitely weren't able to climb rock walls 😅 and the glass barier is almost twice as tall as they are so I don't think that there would be any problem.

@@CesarCreates I agree, people seem to think that every single dinosaur species was dangerous haha, when that certainly wouldn't be the case. They're just animals after all, some are more dangerous than others. Your exhibit looks perfectly safe to me.

A JWE 2 clone minus 75% of species and combat and vehicle driving and scientist. They trying to make a immersavive dino park game but left out many immersive opportunities as of now 22 dinos (I think) vs JWE 2 100+ dinos plus still has active updates and DLCs. I recommend waiting until they have full release and at least 25 more dinos otherwise its a cash grab to all the dino lovers out there that falls for it.

Hmm I don't think that it is a clone. This game has been in development for last 10 years so it cannot be a clone of the game that has recently been released. Are we gonna call all the games that include dinosaurs the JWE2 clones? The devs of PK have openly said that this is just an early access of the game and that new dinos will be added over time and when the game will be fully released. New behaviors will also be added - such as combats and stuff like that. And who said that there won't be any DLCs for it?

This game started development 2014 and JWE 2016 its only 2 years apart and I call it a clone because 1 same UI interface and 2 the world map the same as the expedition map if not identical if calling it a JWE clone not cutting it then it IS a Planet Zoo + JWE clone then. I understand people will overlook these things because everyone overhyped over a dinosaur park clone game. They even have the same narration idea from JWE c'mon man remove the cloth from over your eyes mate. This game will die after you fill your park with 22 dinos in like 4 hours then what? Stop playing until more patches comes in? Nah I will wait for full release since JWE 2 still active with DLCs and updates to this day. I understand you have a job to do which is hype this game up for consumers to buy the game so it can grow and add 5 dinos every 4 months lmao

@@420AlucardMr It's funny you call it a cash grab when JWE2 needs DLCs to keep content creators really engaged, and that's on top of a 60 euro game. But wow, comparing the UI to other theme park building simulators is a really low argument. If you give this game literally 10 minutes you realise that modular construction is a big creative component. About the expedition map, that's another low blow: Brachiosaurus is in both games and is found in the very same Morrison formation. How are they supposed to make that look different? Anyway, for other people reading this and the above comment, watch more videos and you'll see that in a couple of months this is thriving. No need to wait for full release. But the choice of where to spend your money is always your, nobody is forcing you to do anything

@@NewAge374 Low blow or not its still a blow but hey you are entitled to your own opinion and please go right ahead and enjoy your trike spinning circles due to it being new and bug infested at the moment so yeah I wont be buying a buggy clone until official release and more dinos. I already pointed out the in depth building mechanic if you fully read my reply above. Plus I am not the only one who see this game as a clone look up Paleontologizing a actual dino guy reviewing this game but is not a gamer yet an actual dude who dig up dino bones says there alot of similarities but there are also differences. This game is aiming to be more historically accurate and have non dinos species besides actual dinos and a very deep building mechanic. But is similar in every other way they couldve made the "expedition" map color different at least lmao but nope they kept the same bleu theme like JWE I wanna see more on this breeding mechanic thing i swear it better not be a name swap for incubation lol

@@NewAge374 well one game company is larger than the other of course a large gaming company gonna pump out DLC's but they had over 90+ dinos BEFORE dlcs so that argument on trying to reverse the whole cash grab thing is null and void we have a smaller gaming company that took 2 extra years to produce since JWE was created 2 years after PK and only 22 dinosaurs and you say in a few months the game gonna be thriving lmfao bruh JWE pumped out a sequel plus bunch of dlcs before this game even touched early access with their 22 species sorry not all are dinos so 22 species.
