when taking supplements like cod liver oil, dont swallow the capsule casing, found some studies that showed they contained inflammatory substances, stopped swallowing the casing, and my stomach inflamation was greatly reduced! also thiamine was a game changer for my mental health, i would take benfotiamine, but just cant find it where i live

Dr Kyle, thank you so much for all your amazing videos. Just a question what kind of dose of vitamin d and k2 do you recommend for kids? My son suffers terrible with asthma and haas been given lots of different meds and only recently have been looking into natural remedies and have seen Vitamin D3 is helpful with asthma. Do you have any knowledge on asthma or any advice? He is 13 years old.
Doctor, I know it seems really strange and people think I’m crazy, but drinking water is a trigger for me. Some waters are worse than others. I’ve literally tried every water on the market. I could drink a bottle of water in a mirror and literally watch my mustache start building of flakey skin as well as my beard. My theory is biologic drugs over time doing damage and reprogramming my immune system, which I’m not on any anymore. I can’t be the only one who reacts to water like this. Have you had any patients with this issue?
I would itch after drinking water sometimes too especially first thing in the morning but it was mostly when I drank it from my brita water filter, I took a hair analysis test and coconut was on there as a sensitivity for me and I think brita filters their water through coconut shell I only realised recently it could be why for me as it doesn't seem to happen with bottled water really.
@@LovelessHealthSolutions just my theory but I feel like the biologics made it as to where water is looked at as a foreign substance in my body therefore I react negatively to it. That way big brothers got me by the balls on taking these medications forever. Because everyone knows you can’t live without water…. Life’s a struggle 😔
