This episode really made the show one of my favorite shows ever. It could have been the John Hughes movie love, 80s infusion, Dulé and Rachel’s She’s All That commonality, but I think it was how they spelled out how much Shawn loves and respects Gus that really makes it special. Shawn’s speech really solidified how special this show was.
