@@UrbanJamzMusic its a meme . This guy comments on a channel called leaky archives and they make jokes about the new ye album which will never come out
One thing i love about navie, he genuinely makes beats and tutorials to help you and isn't doing it as you are another viewer on his channel but a learner who wants to learn
I think this is the first time I'm watching a tutorial on a trap beat production on your channel. I don't know you have more of them anyways, thanks a lot for making a tutorial on trap genre. I hope more of them will also be coming soon.
He doesn’t “know” music theory but subconsciously he is deep with music theory. Practicing for a long time with beats/instruments puts music theory in your head
That main sample was used on an old UK hip hop tune in the late 90s. Easter Island by Braintax. Great tune. Like the way you flipped it tho, Navie. Great content as always and I'll be checking vinyl archeologie 👍
It is always a treat watching this series ! I would love to hear you talk more about your workflow when it comes to making variations. Do you keep everything in one single pattern before splitting the channels for the arrangement, or do you make one pattern for each variation ? I struggle to find an efficient way to do this.
I seriously love the way you talk through your process the way you do i often find myself watching videos and asking why did they do this or that but you explain everything perfectly
If you don’t have a tutorial on how to use Serato, you should do it! I’ve seen a couple but i would love to see one with your perspective, also I don’t know how to add the sample to the piano roll like you do always
For your psychedelic element part, I know reverb definitely helps with the psychedelic sound, but i've always thought it a sound that was full of delays, delayed and faded vocals, experimental pitch sounds and reverse audio. Like on the Mommy What's A Funkedelic album or Jimi Hendrix's Axis Bold As Love album. For songs, i'm thinking along the lines of Isaac Haye's The Look Of Love song, the Maggot Brain song by Funkadelic or Time Has Come Today by the Chambers Brothers. I promise i dont intend to be a snob or anything, just wondering if psychedic sound for Trap might be a different thing than other genres based on what you talked about here.
Awe inspiring, as usual..Navie Da Beat Navi-Gator in the salt water streams of dope rhythms....I was hoping you were going to use some Turkish Prog Rock....and Japanese pysch rock from the 60s, like the Japanese Spider Man soundtrack...
@@NavieDI meant could you make a video discussing some of the rap subgenres that are generally considered the worst, and maybe give examples of those subgenres?
@@NavieDExploring the 'worst' rap subgenres could make for a unique and engaging video. You could analyze why they’re seen negatively and provide examples to highlight your points."Exploring the 'worst' rap subgenres could make for a unique and engaging video.
