Excellent discussion and points made! The definition of the word "adore" is: to love someone very much, especially in a way that shows a lot of admiration or respect. The key word is "respect." A woman absolutely MUST respect her man, or he is getting finessed and/or dumped. Respect is WAY more important than love, but for her to both love AND respect you (adoration) is ideal.

I lost my marriage because I put myself in the adorer position...I can't even blame her much for the disrespect I got because she likely didn't even realise it. In fact, when I told her I want out...she said "I did not see this coming". It is all because I adored her instead of the other way round. Even when I told.her outright that she is disrespectful and not wanting to follow my leadership, she couldn't see it and thus couldn't change.

This is what I learned 30 years ago. You don't want to spoil a child, why would you spoil a woman?

I agree with the video, but I don't believe that this position is fixed, but rather mobile. There will be several moments where you will love her more and vice versa. But with that in mind, it's a good idea to try to keep her interested most of the time.

Being adored just simply means the person wants to date you. Relationships occur when two people want to date each other. I spent my younger years being adored throughout HS in college and all it gets you is a bunch of thirsty women you have nothing in common with. Letting someone know you're interested is not chasing them. Being told they are not interested and still persuing them is chasing. Doing that is stupid no matter how you cut it. If you ask a girl out and she says no, move on. That's the only message here. Making it seem like showing interest is chasing isnt helping.

Not completely true. My ex adored me. She was torn down by her alcoholic narssacitic. I built her back up and she exposed her narcissistic behavior just like her dad.

This is where past results make all the difference. If you got attention from girls in your youth, then you can be with a girl that you're insanely attracted to, but not show it. Because of that, she'll pursue you and you'll be able to date girls that you really want to date, regardless of how good of shape you're in, how much money you have etc. But if you got no attention from girls in your youth, then there will forever be a massive pit of self doubt and lacking inside you. Because of this, even if you get into great shape and build your confidence and charisma, you'll find that most girls still aren't interested in you, which only adds to the frustration. If you're lucky enough to actually attract a girl that you're actually interested in, it's impossible to hide how much you like her. This will cause her to get bored and leave you, which will only add to the frustration, ensuring that the next time you attract a girl, you'll do the same thing and send her running. Everything in life is a spiral, whether it's up or down depends entirely on your early experiences.

And adoring someone doesn't mean you let her step over your boundaries. That's a very big nono in any relationship, and especially in a romantic one. Adore her but set and enforce boundaries and you are halfway there. Don't tell her you love her but show here in every possible way. But withold that unless reciprocated. That gets you all the way.
