I'm commenting as a former employee of that Lowe's and I know Jim pretty well ... I understand that this is a prank and it's done in "good fun" but we all have to understand that if the store manager or corporate happen to come into that store at the time of filming this, Jim, Brandon and that other lady would be out of a job. I know that's not the intent of your content and it's good to try to be "authentic" with your content but the livelihood of the employees of these establishments should be taken into consideration. I do not agree with Jim calling you and your crew a loser though and I believe that could've been handled better than it was.
