How anyone watches it happen can see the leg snap and think that. The only way its fake it Sid has fake leg. Alexia Bliss might be double jointed but there is no way to actually make a leg dangle like that. I remember hearing the only reason his foot and leg was still attached together was because of his boot.

Nearly 300 lbs of pressure plus the gravitational velocity of the drop all on that one leg. It literally ended up facing the wrong way and it looked like Sid didn't even realise it had happened at first because his body went into shock (its instinct is to protect you and keep a radial pulse in the area, blood all the way to your head wouldn't work).

Sid had no business doing that move on PPV out of nowhere. Especially if he wasn't confident. I remember way back 2001 hearing it was Johnny Ace's idea for him to ad the move. It was dumb. Accident waiting to happen sadly it did. One of a million reasons I hate Johnny.

There was a really bad injury in a football (soccer) match in England in the early 90s. A guy called David Buust he made absolute shit of his leg to the extent that doctors were contemplating amputation! The game was held up for a long time because they had to try clean the blood off the pitch where it happened! It was that bad! It's on RU-vid you don't really see much but you know it was very serious going by the players reactions around him

Willie Holmes or the Dallas Cowboys player Hurn yesterday breaking his ankle. As soon as I saw that, I immediately thought of Sid’s leg break. The kinda of pain I never want to experience and my right arm was crushed (escaped breaking any bones but I destroyed most of the veins and blood vessels and what not in my arm from the elbow down. Thankfully I didn’t loose my arm and made a full recovery). That was 27 years ago.

Thanks to WWE, not only did they change Sid's music, they cut that part out on the network..... All you have is the cameras going out to Flair's limo with Animal and they came back to Sid laying in the ring with his broken leg.... it looks stupid with no explanation......

That would have made more sense. As far as moves which resemble Sid's jumping big boot goes I think RVD's top rope jump kick is the closest to it and I doubt Sid ever had the necessary agility to execute that (the landing while executing that move makes it a lot safer though).

Glad Sid was able to get out of the Pro wrestling business do to the leg injury. I think if he had stayed wrestling he would of ended up messed up like many of wrestlers of his time. Too much drug usage during this era of wrestling.
