You are so right about trauma!! I'm 46 years old and I was just fine until I got a kidney stone and ended up in hospital where I was refused morphine and I was in such a panicked state!! This went on for an hour and then they gave me morphine. So I had the kidney stone removed from my ureter and ended up with chronic pelvic pain syndrome prostatitis. My urologist just said it's unfortunate that you have developed chronic pelvic pain syndrome prostatitis but there's nothing we can do and that was it. My sister was there and actually said what do you mean there's nothing you can do ? And the urologist said I'm sorry but chronic pelvic pain syndrome is poorly understood! All we can do is give him medication to manage his symptoms. DOCTORS SEEM CLUELESS WHEN IT COMES TO THIS CONDITION!! I feel the trauma I went through has caused this or the kidney stone operation its self😞 it leaves you feeling so frustrated because you are in so much pain and doctors say everything is fine down there but you have chronic pelvic pain. It has such a bad effect on my quality of life!!! It has completely changed the person I was!! I have fell into a deep depression because of this. I'm sorry for coming across so low but I'm really struggling with this condition!😞 50/50
